Amazing food and great service. Large portions, we will be back! Forgot to take a picture of the braised beef and rice, that was so tender and 4 dishes was way too much for 2 people.

Had the 8 pc soup dumplings and I was taken back to my time growing up in NYC's Chinatown. The flavor and dough felt so rich and satisfying. The atmosphere is quiet and laid back, with a friendly staff. This is a special place.

Oh man oh man! I found another hand-pulled noodles place close to home! Score!! Woohoo! Right next to 99 Ranch market and close to the freeway.
My co-workers have been talking about this place back in the day. I have been going here with my family for years and took many friends as well. This location has changed from many different places and Bings’s seems to have stayed over seven years now! Good sign! I like their open space dining set up where the kitchen is open and you can see them make their dumplings and noodles...ooo lala!!
Their menu is very simple and everything is now below $19. Price inflation but some are reasonable. Go figure! Very good portions though. You can taste the difference. Had their spicy and regular beef braised noodle soup. Meat was tender and the noodles are soft! You can tell the noodles are made fresh. Also, I like their wonton noodle soup. All broth soups are very good. Spicy was not really spicy to me though so I had to added more spice! Haha Their Hot Oil-Seared (dry) Noodles with minced pork is also very good. Their wonton in Chili Oil is good as well. I also get their pork soup dumplings. Everything they make are pretty good! The dumpling wrap is not too thick and lots of meat inside. You need to learn to eat with chop sticks and soup spoon to drink the soup from the dumplings! Also, you have to make the right sauce to dip this in. They don’t offer free tea anymore. It’s only 50cents but It’s good.
My fave place when I am craving spicy dry noodles or beef braised noodle soup. I just wish they added more bok choy for more veggies for a balance.
Very surprising their service is still pretty good, friendly and attentive. Seems they are a family business. They speak pretty good English, too. We are regulars here! So this means I totally recommend this place!

The cream bun was the best part. Pork and shrimp dumplings also good. The lamb and pork dumplings have too much onion

I was looking at the menu online and tried to order the 香菇素菜包. To my surprise, they eliminated that item without update the website. Then, I order something else, they put my order of 3 buns in a box about 2 Inches height. Those 3 buns were flatten by the time I opened it at home.

The pork fillings in the wonton noodle soup were extremely dry. Worst wontons I've had. Soup base was also very bland....

Honestly the dumplings are mediocre. They look much better than they taste. Things that look pan fried and crispy are actually just soggy, like someone reheated them. My air fryer does better cooking frozen dumplings. The xiao long bao is decent. The only redeeming thing is the noodles are long and chewy.
Bonus: we saw a worker drop three frozen dumplings on the floor and then put it back into the container of uncooked dumplings. Unfortunately didn’t capture that on video
