I really enjoy Blaze Pizza—it’s kind of like the In-N-Out of pizza chains. It consistently hits the spot and, at times, even outshines high-end pizzerias. That said, some locations are better than others, and this one is truly exceptional.
The staff at this location stood out. They were incredibly friendly, which you don’t always expect—especially considering there was no tipping option when ordering. Despite the hustle during rush hours, they worked hard, stayed cheerful, and didn’t rush us through the ordering process. That’s rare these days. At many pizza places, employees just want to push you through the line, sometimes even brushing off special requests. Some well-known spots have even grown too arrogant to accommodate customizations.
Not here. During my visit, a young, skinny guy helping with toppings went above and beyond. He repeatedly checked in to see if we wanted more of anything and was genuinely kind and attentive throughout.
Now, let’s talk about the pizza. The crust was one of the best I’ve ever had—not just at Blaze, but anywhere. It was perfectly cooked: crisp on the outside, yet fluffy on the inside. It reminded me of the excellent pizza I had at the Blaze in Disney Springs, which also has great reviews.
I was genuinely surprised by the quality, especially for a $15 pizza from a chain. A similar pie at an artisan pizzeria would easily cost twice as much. Props to the pizza cook—a lady with glasses—who clearly knows what she’s doing.
All in all, I highly recommend this Blaze location. I left completely satisfied and impressed.

We came on a busy evening - there were lot of high schoolers in line ahead of us. However, the staff was unphased and the customer service was top-notch! For example, we had a gift card that wasn’t swiping, and the cashier typed it in herself with no questions asked. The food was delicious as always. Thank you for a great date night!!

This is the most amazing blaze location ever. Every timeI come in I am greeted with a great big hello Anthony and smiles that are electric and most importantly I get my pizza anyway and every way I want it without fail. People i get it how I want it whether it be extra topping or cooked in a way that is personalized for me and how crispy I want it. Please come spend your money here and no other pizza establishment. Just the amazing service alone is worth the money. They deserve to be packed with a line out the door from the time the door opens till they close.

Went on April 13 at night, maybe because of how busy it was our pizza was a soggy mess in the middle - you literally couldn’t pick it up without half of it dropping off. No crunch either, no texture, just gloop.
Maybe a one off.

I never write reviews, but I had to make an exception because of the outstanding service we received at Blaze Pizza. The manager, Jessica, went above and beyond to make my toddler's first pizza experience absolutely perfect.
My son has several food allergies, and eating out is usually a stressful experience for us. But Jessica took the time to carefully listen to all of his dietary restrictions and made sure every step of the process was handled with the utmost care. She personally oversaw the preparation of his pizza, ensuring there was no cross-contamination with allergens. She even double-checked all the ingredients and used separate utensils to keep everything safe.
Thanks to her attentiveness and genuine care, my son was able to enjoy his first pizza worry-free—and he loved it! Jessica’s kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a nerve-wracking situation into a memorable and joyful one.
Blaze Pizza is lucky to have someone like Jessica on their team. She truly deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service and compassion. We’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
