This place used to be clean and well managed a couple years ago, you could get a pizza really fast!
Now they don’t have enough staff to build the pizzas and efficiently manage the queues, especially with the added complexity of online.
Expect to wait a long time with a mediocre pizza. I’m sure they would get even more people looking for this really good pizza if they had better management style. It’s sad. It’s not the staff, they are so overworked and trying their best to stay composed and kind.

Ordered PESTO cheesy bread with two sauces, and it came with zero pesto or red sauce. My partners pizza was completely wrong and missing ingredients we paid extra for. Total waste of money with clearly lazy employees. Will never order again.

The pizza being so amazing is the only reason I come. This location is so slow. I waited 25 minutes in line, and then another 10-15 for my pizza. Just for ONE SIMPLE PIE. There was one working the orders, one doing the pizzas, and one at the oven. They are either severely understaffed or I’m not sure. The young lady doing the pizzas also had a major “I don’t want to be here” attitude. For one pizza I’ve now waited 40 minutes, and it’s not that busy. There were maybe 5 parties in front of me. Nothing that should have taken this long.

I don’t understand the rush to not bake the pizza well enough. Every time I get the cauliflower crust pizza and mention to the staff that I want it well baked - they give me raw. I think there is issue with training regarding cauliflower crust that it requires longer time to bake. The cheese on the pizza was not melted - it was that RAW.
Truly disappointed with this location. It’s the only one closer to my house so having been going here frequently but I guess time to find a new one?

Pizza was cold. Had so much flop, all of the sausage rolled off. Salad had nothing but tomato and feta and oregano shaken all over it. Mexican Coke is regular Coke in a plastic bottle.
Slow and uninterested staff with very few customers in line. Fountain drinks were out of sugar and flavor. Tried to get a refund for drink and the staff was unable to figure out how to do a partial refund. was told i would receive a call from the manager and they would do it. Still nothing...

I get the place was experiencing personnel shortages that day, but floors in the restrooms and dining areas were littered with napkins. The place ran out of cup lids by 7 PM, and it took a while for them to replace the napkins. The pizza was decent, but I would have appreciated more effective logistics and division of labor from this place.

Avoid at all costs. This place used to be consistent, but was pretty filthy when I went today. There’s trash lying on the floor in the seating area and in the kitchen. The place where they make your pizza is super messy, like it’s never been wiped down. All the toppings have been contaminated and mixed with each other, super disappointing as someone who does not want random meat and cheese in their veggies. I also saw the workers use gloves for the toppings that have touched every other surface in the restaurant, defeating their purpose. My fault for still ordering, but ended up with my stomach upset after.
