We went to the store and the ordering system was not functioning and they asked us to order online. This was the least frustrating thing compared to the service level. The edges of the pizza were burnt and was black and even the garlic on top was black from over heating. The person behind the oven kept claiming that it is not burnt and that the base is still not black and that it is okay to eat. After repeatedly telling/asking him to be reasonable, he was unwilling to accept that it was burnt. He offered to remake it but stated it would be delayed and that he would prefers his pizza like that. Lack of basic service standards and willingness to accept errors are completely lacking. We understand that it is an oven and things get burnt from time to time but the lack of empathy and trying to push it to customers without a hint of hesitation is where it was very frustrating.

Needs better crust and service, The guys working there have long hair and is all in front of their face. No nets, the place was dirty. It took long to service and they burn the pizzan, it looked unprofessional not managed or train , my Grandma can move faster than those guys. Their makeline it's dirty. The oven is dirty and instead of cleaning it, scraping it, the guy kept throwing pizzas on top of that. They were touching their faces and hats . Oven guy was angry like he was forced to be there.

I ordered 4 large pizzas for a party. Only 2 were delivered. I was told they use a 3rd party to deliver and I'd have to hunt them down to have the pizzas delivered or pick them up myself. And they charged service and pickup fees, but somehow it's not their responsibility to deliver. Also the pizzas were overly done and chewy, I never asked for them to be overly done.

The most horrible experience, Ordered a pickup, made me wait for 40 mins, every time I checked, kept saying give me a minute without checking, and then lied someone took your order, and after made my order and dropped it on the floor! So basically, no food after 40 mins..

Pathetic customer service and very unhygienic. They messed up my order after waiting for more than 30 minutes, and didn't even apologize. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Their pizza isn't even that great, so wouldn't recommend at all. If you still do end up ordering, request a change of gloves, their hygiene is pretty bad.
Waited 30 minutes to order 2 pizzas. After we order one of the employees told the other to put at least 4 online orders ahead of ours. After an additional 15 minutes, the employee cutting the pizzas dropped one of off our pizzas. Usually enjoy coming to this chain restaurant, but I cannot recommend this location.

It's one of the best brick-oven pizza places I've visited. You can choose your toppings, thus having your pizza with the best flavor you like. If you don't like choosing toppings and sauces, you can just go for the signature menus, which are also nice! Staff members were friendly and nice. The pizza dough, with some charred edges, was crispy and savory. It takes some time if you're in a group or if many orders are waiting. They have free hot sauce and dried oregano(or dried basil?)

*Online order and it gave an expectation time and it was not even started when I got there on time. They jist keep telling people it will be ready when it is and teying to ignore you. I have to insist and ask how much longer will it takes a few time before they let me know there were still 3 pizza in front of me. It ended up 30 min late on the order. They need a better time estimate for its orders. *2 out of 7 topping were missing. We did not notice until we were home.
