We went to the store and the ordering system was not functioning and they asked us to order online. This was the least frustrating thing compared to the service level. The edges of the pizza were burnt and was black and even the garlic on top was black from over heating. The person behind the oven kept claiming that it is not burnt and that the base is still not black and that it is okay to eat. After repeatedly telling/asking him to be reasonable, he was unwilling to accept that...

It's one of the best brick-oven pizza places I've visited. You can choose your toppings, thus having your pizza with the best flavor you like. If you don't like choosing toppings and sauces, you can just go for the signature menus, which are also nice! Staff members were friendly and nice. I really enjoy Blaze Pizza—it’s kind of like the In-N-Out of pizza chains. It consistently hits the spot and, at times, even outshines high-end pizzerias. That said, some locations are better than others, and this one is truly exceptional.
