Drinks were good, but the kid at the register would literally sighed before, during and after taking our orders, then walked into that back with this "I don't want to be here" vibe. We'll after that, i didnt wanna be therw either. I'd go back only if that kid wasn't working there.

I have watched the quantity and quality of the menu items go down for many years while prices have nearly doubled. They now charge for spice on the Popcorn Chicken and other fried snacks (who does that?) and the teas seem to be watered down. Would not recommend.

Queen Boba is a fantastic boba shop! My favorites are the green and black teas with 1/4 sugar and 1/2 ice, and it has to be a large with two orders of large tapioca. Every time we get boba from here, it's cooked to perfection. We've also tried some small bites like the calamari and the popcorn chicken, which always come out piping hot. They also let you choose your spice level; I'm a wimp, so mild to medium for me, but the flavor is solid. If you're unsure how to use the touch screen, you can order from the menu on the wall while talking to the server. However, the best experience is using the touch screen to order and pay; it's quick and convenient. Looking forward to my next Queen Boba order!
What a delightful find in our neighborhood! The tapioca here is cooked perfectly and they have a wide selection on wonderful drinks and snacks!!! When you walk in you have the choice to enter your order via kiosk and pay or you can order at the counter. Similar to other Boba shop, you have the chance to reduce the sweetness and ice levels. They do have a crispy salt and pepper tofu that I enjoyed tremendously. We’ve been going back at least once a week now! So happy to find this gem!

Pretty bad service, didn’t get what I ordered. it doesn’t care about customer’s requests
The milk tea tonight was not as good as Sunday lunch. The girl’s fingernails were too long and she slipped while holding the cup. She broke the jam bottle. Can the money-collecting person wash his hands before making milk tea? Today’s Taro Snow Bubble and Mango Snow Bubble tasted really bad ☹️. I saw that it was not easy because there were customers entering the store at that time, so I won’t say more! I still hope my little sister’s hand will get better soon!

We are working on a project down the street from this place, so we recently started going to this particular location.The self-ordering kiosk gives you a 20-25 minute wait time but we’ve been in and out within 10-15 minutes the last 3 times we’ve been there.The staff could be a little bit less serious and more welcoming but they are not rude either so I am not gonna hold it against themAll the drinks we’ve tried so far are really good. We haven’t tried their food.No restroom and parking is scarce to say the least
