Best hotpot and probably my second favorite restaurant of all time.
I moved to Alaska and love to cook, I've been trying to recreate the tomato beef broth for 4 years, it has this aromatic flavor I can't place for the life of me, almost like a curry but not... I kind of think it might be some kind of artificial tomato flavor or some tomato extract that gives it that flavor.. idk but I hope the owner chef sees this and emails me or something cause I really would like to taste it again!

During lunch and dinner time, you need to join the waitlist most of the time, and wait for the waiter to get the bill for a while. The food came out fast and is always pretty good. The only cons are the price is getting more and more expensive.

Wheelchair accessibility: Seating options are limited, most table are extremely packed, hard to get in even if you are not disabled.

We have group of 8, we have waited for more than 20 mins until someone come order for us. Totally forgotten. We have to go to the kiosks and ask them to come order for us.And while we were eating, no one came to serve us and we needed more napkin, so we took two napkins from their station, it was right next to us. And the server saw it and told us we cannot take it before we ask them. So I said no one serve us. He stared at me like this ??♂️as if we were idiot and said “but you are supposed to talk to us. So nobody served and once they saw us self-service, scolded us. Boiling point was not like this before, we have been coming to here a lot.

You need to join the waitlist first. Quite a number of selections. Drink is too sweet. Currently, the have promotion to buy one and get one for next time if you purchase soup and drink together.

Ordered a take-out, used to like to eat small hot pot, again ordered really really bad taste! The taste is weak, even though I ordered the spicy hot pot, what happened!!!It's not as good as before.

First time visiting,my husband and I both got food poisoning. I was through up the night after bed, my husband got Terrible fever(110 F) and diarrhea for 2 days. I’m concerned about food safety at this location.
