Asked for a banana/strawberry shake, which is supposed to be drinkable.. and instead I got a cup full of flavored ice cream with a spoon.. I watched the kid who made it only put a dab of milk in the lid area then proceed to mix it .. all the space in the lid no whip cream or anything like a shake.. literally soft serve in a cup.. almost $13 for something this mediocre

Worst customer service and product. We ordered a hot fudge brownie Sunday and they gave us a bowl with brownie as hard a rock that even the spoon was not able to get through it. When I complained, they said they cannot replace the hot fudge sundae and just gave a brownie. Then I requested a lid to take to go and they mentioned they ran out of lids. Horrible experience.

Came here today with my daughter. The ice cream is great! They offer a great selection. The service was not good, though. The server definitely shorted me on the toppings. If I'm paying extra for toppings, then I expect toppings. I had to ask for extra toppings and napkins. It's outdoor seating only. I'll definitely return because of the ice cream.

The ice cream is made the old-fashioned way, with ingredients that are slow kettle processed made fresh daily by Bruster’s Certified Ice Cream Makers They also have a party place which is a Fun, family-friendly environment where everyone is welcome

I had a doordasher steal my order after picking it up and as soon as they called me and my order reappeared they remade it for me, amazing customer service.
Usually generous servings are a good thing but can you please give smaller servings and maybe just charge less?
We were looking for a dessert after dinner. Between two adults and one child we could barely finish one child size scoop.
The cone didn’t taste very fresh.

Best ice cream parlor in the Bay Area! My parents usually buy like a big containers of ice cream here. They recommend me to go to this place because they serve delicious ice cream and they are not wrong about it.
This ice cream place is different because not only that it’s a bit more expensive but also has very customized flavors and as well as how they make the ice cream. I ordered a small ice cream but that looks like a medium sized ice cream that you usually get from a typical ice cream store. It’s very delicious and melts in my mouth.
I really want to take it home but am afraid that it will spill in my car. So I ate like 35% of it before I drive back home to finish the rest of it. Decent price for an ice cream that is considered small looking like a medium! Gonna come back here soon!

This place is so good. Creamy shakes with good flavor! There is indoor and outdoor seating, friendly staff, and chill vibes. You’re definitely paying a premium for their ice cream but the quality is worth it. Treat yourself!
