I went there for the start of the football season and just wanted to order a simple iced tea. They had maybe two waiters and it took over 25 minutes just to get one drink super slow. I got up and left.
Horrible service. Out of 4 orders 1 came fine. 10 min later 1/2 the order came out. The kids meal came out 30+ min later and the last one came as we were leaving. Not to mention the orders were wrong. Waste of time and money. Anyone who manages this specific franchise should really re-evaluate their position. Even trying to pay was an inconvenience as no one wanted to help unless it was the original server who was useless.
