Buffalo Wild Wings

My girlfriend's reaction was we don't need to come here again. I'm a little more charitable but there were things that we could have done without like overcooked chicken. Some of the pieces were on the tough side. When they tell you that the 20 dollar special comes with vegetables and they show you a plate of carrots and celery, we got four pieces of carrots and two pieces of celery. We were underwhelmed. ,Wedge potatoes were pretty good as was the dipping sauce. As you can see this was takeout, and we really could have used double the napkins they gave us.
But yeah the chicken was a bit of a disappointment. It was not fresh and tender and you would think that with the throughput of a restaurant like this that there would be better quality control.

We came really late and didn’t know they were already closing and cleaning up. But the manager was super cool and said he’ll still make our order. Everyone there was super accommodating and nice and we felt really bad to be here so late. Thank you, we’ll be coming back!

Amazing place and people and the food OMG worth the visit

greaT place come here every year to watch the champions league finals. always a blast to watch. Wings are good but small for my liking. i would expect more for the price. service is sometimes slow aswell. other than that, great place to watch sports games

The food is great. The service not so much. I usually visit during evening time, between 3PM and 8PM. Sometimes, especially when there is any game going on and i go here, i wait to be seated and no one approaches asking anything. It’s like me and my buddies are invisible. One time i got tired of standing and not being noticed, so I approached one of the servers and asked where can we sit, then we were told anywhere, pick a table. The tables are not cleaned after the customers leave. The place is seriously understaffed and waiters are over worked and over whelmed. This location is a total management failure. The food is good and drinks are great. The service needs improvement and atmosphere could be improved.

Don’t expect hospitality here

My boyfriend and I came in, and were seated at 4pm. We ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken salads. Over 30 minutes passed before we got our food. We got our salads, and my boyfriend had to ask about our appetizer. It came out a little after. When we went home we both got sick. Such a disappointment.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
I’ve been a loyal customer at this restaurant for nearly ten years, frequently coming here with friends. Sadly, after our most recent visit, I won’t be returning.

We had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a Buffalo wings restaurant. We arrived and waited for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged or served, even though other guests who arrived after us were attended to promptly. Eventually, we politely waved to a nearby server to get some attention. Instead of helping us, the server—whose name is Mariah—approached us and said loudly, “You guys are not in good manner by waving to me, I don’t appreciate it.” Her tone was dismissive and unnecessarily rude.

We spoke to the manager, Alex, to share our experience. Unfortunately, rather than taking any meaningful action or showing concern, he simply told us the incident would be “reviewed internally” and there would be no follow-up.

It’s extremely disappointing to see such poor customer service from a place we once enjoyed so much. This visit has completely changed our perception, and we won’t be coming back.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but unfortunately this location didn’t receive the best service. I’ve been here twice and the same server has served me. Very poor service. Won’t come back to this location

I visited this restaurant on a Friday night around 9:30 pm, and while the place wasn’t too crowded, the experience was disappointing. The food was okay, but nothing extraordinary. The service was extremely slow. Despite the low number of diners, it took a long time to be seated, and the food arrived nearly 45 minutes after we placed our order. When we asked for the check, it took another 20 minutes to receive it. Overall, the service was frustratingly slow, which overshadowed the meal itself.

This place is disgusting!!!!!!!
We waited forever to even be greeted!
Drinks took even longer !!!
I asked for silver ware and the server gave us dirty silver ware with his bare hands after he’s been touching so many things .
There was people getting up to get there refills at the soda machine .
The server couldn’t even check on us!
I had to ask the host for the check !!
I’m so disgusted
There was no manager on the floor to even help or check on the guest
Never coming back horrible horrible service !!!!

Buffalo Wild Wings definitely hit the spot tonight! Those wings were seriously delicious – perfectly sauced and cooked just right. The only slight snag was that the service was a tad slow, but the tasty food made up for the wait in the end. Still a solid choice for satisfying those wing cravings!

Service was slow and sucked. We had to ask after sitting for a while for someone to take our order while several employees were just standing around talking to one another. Our waitress coughed in our face 2x and did not cover her mouth. Our burgers were good, though!
