Donuts here are amazing (probably the best in Fremont), when they are actually open. Anytime I visit Fremont, I try to make a stop here, but they have a crazy schedule, being closed randomly.
First time trying this place, heard about it for a while. I got the Ube Donut. The pastry was light and fluffy and pretty nice but the cream filling was weird.
The ube cream filling has a chemical bitter aftertaste that lingers for a while. I got concerned something was wrong with it so didn't finish. I think it might be the food coloring 🤢 but it was really hard to eat the cream.

The iced americano is Verve espresso, and I'd say the baristas are as good as the ones at Verve. The shots seem to be incredibly consistent and are always acidic and medium bodied.
