My order was completely wrong. I'm allergic to pickles and they put them all over my sand hamburgers. When I came back at a later date. Since I purchased through the drive through to have the maid, they refused to make it because it had been 30 days. It was 30 days because I'm a flight attendant and was out of the country. None, the less they refused to make it. I reached out to corporate corporate, said it was ridiculous. And that, as a food allergy, it should definitely be remade in the fact that I had a receiptproved proof of purchase no matter how old it was even still, they refused to make it when I called corporate right there in front of them. Terrible customer service. Then on top of it, let me just add the manager who was on duty. She began to talk to the cook in Spanish. Talking about me, not realizing? I could speak Spanish. To say that this was the worst customer service would be putting it lightly.
I've never been treated so rudely. And now I've paid for something that I didn't even receive.
I guess that's how Burger King stays in business.

dine in , probably last customers before they changed to drive thru only. Ordered food. Waited awhile. Staff was giving orders to the drive thru customers. Finally husband went to counter to ask about food so we then got it. No thank you.
Husband's burger was overloaded with sauce,meat was bland. Same with my original chicken sandwich.
Fries were good. They were meals so we had the drinks,fries. 33$

ELMER the employee working the drive thru is the most rudest person I’ve ever came encountered with he has an ugly attitude telling us we can’t get our food that we already ordered and payed for online because his drive thru line is too long talking to us crazy like what kind of customer service is this??? We came from Sacramento passing thru smh it’s a shame people like this work in customer service so now we don’t get our food ,hungry people here and not to mention have to wait 3 days for a refund!!??? I’ll never come here again and all my family and friends here will know not to either. Losing business over this employee who clearly HATES his job.
