The Mexican burger wasn’t great. The fried chicken one was pretty good.

Today was my second time in and it was even better then the first! My first visit I did the 3 mini burger sampler, I wanted to try a variety. Conclusion All 3 burgers were good. Today I went with the spicy Hawaiian biggie and it was delicious!!! The customer service is great, super friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back again!

The Employee that took my order, Lahoussine, did an amazing job of being friendly and super sweet while getting down my order. Since this was my first time coming to burgerim, he suggested many great burgers and helped me find what was best in my interest to order. The food came out perfectly and was really delicious and the staff was amazing. I really did have a pleasant afternoon eating at burgerim and i will come back again. Thank you, Lahoussine, for suggesting the the angus beef and the crispy chicken because it was really delicious. This place is a 10/10 because of the food quality and most importantly, the staff at this location!

This place isn't BurgerIM anymore. It's now called iniBurger and there is no comparison other than the menu items are similar but the taste is completely lacking. The service is just as bad as I remember from the BurgerIM days but the cashier was sweet and apologetic. Due to the short staffing, the botched order can be forgiven. The bland burger, tasteless fries, and mediocre shake cannot be. The staff did have masks but only the cashier had his on completely. The cooks had their masks on their chins, which may have been OK if they put them back up after chatting, but the masks stayed on their chins, leaving their noses and mouths exposed for the entire time that I was there. So negative stars for that. They also only do beef and chicken. No more lamb :(. The prices also increased just a smidge (understandable due to COVID-19). It's still halal, which is great (one star for that). One good thing is that it was busy (congratulations for that) so there's still a fan base but it's just not for me. Sad that BurgerIM is no longer. Even sadder that iniBurger is not a worthy replacement.

OMG...the food was amazing! Rudy was the greatest! His attitude and recommendations was the best. My husband ordered a mint shake... I took a sip and couldn't stop. My husband had to order another one. I highly recommend this place to eat.

That place is clean, food is great! When in doubt of what to get or if cannot decide, there’s still the option of getting 2/3 small size burgers to try different options!

We went to the one in Santa Clara and were amazed. Tried it again but from this location and we were really disappointed with our food. I also ordered a fountain drink for $3.29 and I received a can of Pepsi when it arrived...The burgers tasted stale and bland. Def go to the Santa Clara location if you're feeling like eating BURGERIM

This is my regular spot when I'm craving burgers. You can't go wrong with any of their menu items, the place is clean, and the staff is consistently kind; what more could you want? If you haven't tried their chicken or Spanish beef burger please do so immediately! You'll fall in love. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have 2 complaints:1. When you order online there is no milkshake option, even though they have milkshakes. I tried leaving a note on my online order instead but that did not work either. Please add a milkshake option to the online ordering system. 2. They're flat fries were my absolute favorite but for some reason they've switched to crinkle cut. I realize how overdramatic I sound (lol) but if you tried their flat fries you would know how amazing they were and how devastating it is that they no longer serve them. Please bring back the flat fries!

Ordered the family party pack. Had two options of burgers- lettuce beef burger and chicken fillet burger. This pack also includes onion rings, wings and fries. Overall loved the burgers! And for 40$ this was worth it :)

Hard Pass, If you cant get the order correct you cant have my money. I suggest you find a manager to handle quality control as well as customer service. If they were busy I could understand why they would forget parts of the order. we were the only ones ordering food and they couldn't get it right. I wont mention any names because that is not cool. To many choices in the area and you blew it.

By the response given, I can tell this establishment is well run and absolutely NOT offended about my comment about items on the menu not being halal (or partially, excuse me). If you are upset about my honest review about the meat you sell, by all means. If a grocery store advertised halal items that I would like to spend money on and purchase, then yes! I'd gladly write this same exact review. Unfortunately, that's not the case here. You cannot afford halal meat for a restaurant, let alone a grocery store love. Go educate yourself about Islam JON because it seems like you're the insane one.FYI grocery stores don't mix non halal meat with halal meat like how you're doing it. As well as any other products. They're INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED They don't got a whole menu mixing everything together. Grocery stores don't even sell halal meat. Educate yourself boo because what you're doing is wrong and cheap. Falafel corner & mirchi are better anyways!!
