Not sure what is up with the people reviewing this place. Been coming here for years. The staff has always treated me with kindness and respect. For a fast food joint, the burgers are always juicy and the fries are usually right out of the fryer. I really don't know what more you can ask for. It is an older building so it has its issues which is why I knocked atmosphere. So I just take it togo.
Folks need to understand, it's fast food, not Ruth's Chris. Also that new Ghost burger is amazing.

Do not come here you will be ignored.
There's no point in going inside, it stinks of old plumbing and they will completely disregard your presents. The food is over priced for being mediocre.

This Carl's Jr needs new management because on the few occasions I was there it literally smelled really bad in there like if there was a dumpster in the dinning area. It was hard to eat in there. The Mexican lady taking my order was rude and was talking louding to her Co worker in the back in Spanish she sounded angry like she was complaining about something. Then I get my French toast stick and 3 were smached like someone ateppes on them. I notice the restaurant is always empty which doesn't surprise me. Anyway I'm never eating here AGAIN! DISGUSTING no one wants to smell trash when they're eating its practically a toilet. The restroom was very dirty. Floor had pee all over no seat covers and smelled to high heaven of cigarette smoke in there. I wouldn't use that restroom if you paid me I'd rather pee in some bushes. Anyway they need to learn how to run a restaurant and learn how to keep it clean probably weren't wearing gloves

Got a sandwich it smells bad. I told them don’t put mustard and they put mustard on it. I left their burger on the table and didn’t eat it. So bad experience

Got takeout, cheeseburger, starburger, onion rings and soda. Fast service with LAUGHS, food for two. Used a coupon (low income) no snobbery, no judging. HUGE burgers, FRESH!!! Still hot when it reached home. Full, fed, fat n happy! On Thornton, Fremont, CA 94536. STAR service, specSTARkular food! Repeat? You betcha! Thank you! Sorry we missed out all these years, but we found you now!
