It's not rocket science but when your staff can't even come close to the picture of what you're selling, hire new workers.. I ordered a Big Carl with no tomato and those guacamole bacon fries. The Carl had tomato on it and the fries had a glob of guac in the corner and that was it.

The beverage machine is outside the counter. Check the information and drinks can be refilled. Since you rarely buy drinks here, this is a nice perk late at night, especially now that the weather is hot.

I usually go in the mornings. The manager Javier is a 1 man show. He's efficient, food always looks as advertised, customer service always on point. The only Carl's Jr I'll go to.

The guy working the window @10pm needs a hospitality class... When your customers say thanks you, your supposed to replay.... He should tie the ponytail down with a hair net... Hair in your food isn't fly at all.... Customer service is a zero!!! Do better!!!
