One car in the drive thru and the crew member couldn’t be bothered to warmly greet me or smile when I got to the window. The food was over priced. $16 for a medium western burger meal. What’s more outrageous is the decrease in drink size, the stale fries, the warm patty and the horrible customer service.

It's not rocket science but when your staff can't even come close to the picture of what you're selling, hire new workers.. I ordered a Big Carl with no tomato and those guacamole bacon fries. The Carl had tomato on it and the fries had a glob of guac in the corner and that was it.

The beverage machine is outside the counter. Check the information and drinks can be refilled. Since you rarely buy drinks here, this is a nice perk late at night, especially now that the weather is hot.

Food overall is okay, could be better, Zucchini burger is good . Service was excellent in the drive through around 930pm. Thanks to the team.
