I usually go in the mornings. The manager Javier is a 1 man show. He's efficient, food always looks as advertised, customer service always on point. The only Carl's Jr I'll go to.

The guy working the window @10pm needs a hospitality class... When your customers say thanks you, your supposed to replay.... He should tie the ponytail down with a hair net... Hair in your foot isn't fly at all.... Customer service is a zero!!! Do better!!!

On a regular basis in the morning me and my wife visit this location and receive excellent service. The manager is always attentive and even remembers my name now. My food is always warm and fresh. The location is always clean and inviting. I appreciate every meal thank you.

They don't follow allergies and dietary restrictions. The service is horrible. Don't eat here if you want to make sure you're getting correctly ordered food.
Had lunch from there. The food was standard, but the unsweetened ice tea I received was unsettlingly disgusting. The taste was as if someone stuck a dirty latex glove into the drink, or used my cup as an ashtray. Certainly didn't help that it smelled like cigarette smoke in there. Subpar Quality of the drink made me question the sanitation practices of the employees at this location, as well as the food handling.

Since I don't really eat at Carl's Jr's, it's difficult to give a fair rating. My burger was good and their fries are actually really very good. Better than McDonald's in my opinion. The cashier was really nice. Really no wait time. Good location but a lot of traffic.
