If you’re an Olympic swimmer who just finished a workout then the super burrito here would be perfect for you. I stopped by after a 40 min bike ride and even the regular burrito had me stuffed.
Only possible downside is you’ll sit at a plastic table in a gravel patch shaded by trees. Or in your car in the parking lot just adjacent. But let’s be honest, that’s EXACTLY the vibe what you want from a taco truck :)
