Shout out to the one poor man working there that had to deal with a loud party of like 15 adults and children. He deserves a raise and maybe another coworker. Ice cream was very good and the rose designs were cute

The ice creams taste so much better than other places in Fremont and Milpitas. The flavors are amazing.

Great ice cream. I don't know that I'd buy the puff again...

It's not a good one. Don't waste your money here. Go to an actual cauldron. You ask for a flower you'll get a simple scoop. Mehh.

Step into the enchanting world of Cauldron Ice Cream, where delectable treats and captivating artistry await.

Nestled in the heart of Fremont, this charming establishment boasts a welcoming ambiance that enchants all who enter. As you step inside, the aroma of freshly made ice cream fills the air, promising a sweet escape.

Cauldron’s signature dish, the Puffle Cone ice cream, is a masterpiece of culinary innovation. Choose from strawberry, red velvet, churro, or classic puffle cones, each meticulously crafted to perfection. The ice cream flavors are equally impressive, ranging from twisted classics to unique concoctions, all hand-made using liquid nitrogen.

While the made-to-order process adds a touch of anticipation to your visit, the staff’s exceptional service and friendly demeanor more than make up for it. Although the establishment was shorthanded during my visit, the lone employee handled the crowds with aplomb, ensuring every guest felt valued.

I highly recommend indulging in the Cauldron ice cream with a strawberry puffle cone. The warm, chewy cone perfectly complements the creamy, flavorful ice cream, creating an unforgettable taste experience.

Cauldron Ice Cream is a hidden gem that deserves a place on every ice cream lover’s map. Its unique offerings, exceptional service, and welcoming atmosphere make it a must-try destination for those seeking a sweet and memorable treat.

We went there after dinner to enjoy the ice cream and the taste was pretty nice and the rose that they made on the ice cream was so cool. We had a small cup and the portion was very good for the two of us. Will definitely check out their other flavors next time. Definitely recommended!

A medium ice cream cone for $10 is super expensive unless it is REALLY worth it - which it wasn't.

We got the butterscotch and mango icecream flavours. Mango was good but too sweet. But the butterscotch was a let down

Most of the ice creams are good. Most preferable is sea salted caramel, butterscotch and rose. Ice creams tastes more better with puffle cone. There are also variety of milkshake and drink options too. Overall good

One person serving 8 on Saturday afternoon. Each order takes 8 minutes (waffle cone that they need to make fresh). Bathroom incredibly dirty and both soap dispensers are empty. Tables sticky with unknown gooey substance. I thought this place was new, but actually feels like I am in a third world country.

Recently visited Cauldron and tried the mango dream and Vietnamese coffee flavors. The experience didn't meet our expectations. The ice cream was a bit pricey and unfortunately, the Vietnamese coffee flavor was quite bitter while the mango dream didn’t impress much either. However, we appreciate the variety they offer, including vegan options. We might return to try other flavors and see if they are better.

The ice cream here is really good. The pineapple express kind of reminds me of the dole whip ice cream in Hawaii!!

For coffee lovers, the vietnamese coffee is an absolute favorite! The flavor and strength combined is 10/10!!

Extremely overpriced average ice cream!!
A pint of Ben & Jerry's is $7 at Safeway, full price. The Cauldron charges $10 for a one scoop cone. Ridiculous!
