This location is inferior to the one in San Jose. My only complaint is that they make the ice cream in a big batch and they scoop it out. I have been here three times and it has always been like this. The one in San Jose makes it fresh to order.

It was a nice place. We took the double chocolate in the bubble waffle cone. The ice cream was smooth and delicious. The waffle was crispy outside and soft inside. Would recommend it if you are in a mood to try something new!

Came here with a friend and got our order in quickly, but it took some time for it to get served.
Good: - We saw the ice cream being made in the cauldron which was super cool of an experience - The ice cream was huge, great portion size - I liked the bubble waffle with the cereal flavor the most - super sweet and hit that refreshing perfect spot on a hot day
Bad: - More casual ambiance and not as much seating for larger groups - Takes a while to have the ice cream made
Overall this was a nice find!

Ice cream was awsome too bad the customer service was absolutley childish and insulting not to just my son and I but the other costomers whos order was messed up without any offered resolution. The guy obviously has a complex. 8/23/2025 9pm

We walked in before 10pm, they close at 11pm, but the guy at the front counter said he wouldn't make the nitrogen ice cream fresh because he already premade ALL ice creams available. Isn't the whole point the experience of watching the nitrogen ice cream being made in front of you?! And to top it off, they were out of their staple waffle cones. Still bought ice cream to try, and it was horrible. Never coming back, especially with that experience.

Deliciously creamy ice cream in a fresh baked, made to order, bubble waffle cone. Standard ice cream flavors alongside unique flavors as well. We got the Earl grey lavender which was drizzled with honey & the mango. Both absolutely delicious, we can’t wait to come back!!

Had to wait 30 minutes for one cup of ice cream. There was only one party ahead of me and they didn’t even get their full order before not being able to wait any longer and asked for refund. The manager was extremely rude when they asked for a refund. The other worker making the ice cream had no sense of urgency and would continue to just be on her phone.
The ice cream was tasteless and not comparable at all to other Cauldron locations. Definitely would never recommend this place.
