I come here often and no the fan isn’t enough.
Probably the reason why workers don’t stay long and are constantly changing.

My oolong milk tea was so watery and the tea has no aroma at all. The worst boba tea in the neighborhood.

Terrible service. I waited up till 20ish minutes while the guy made 2 drinks for people who came after me. When I finally asked him how long my drink would take, he immediately handed it to me and said “oh, im sorry”. Idk how long boba drinks usually take to make but this was ridiculous and a huge waste of my time. I wanted a small treat before I headed home and this just wasted so much of my time.

Got the Yakult Mango and popcorn chicken bento box. The food and drink were ok. But, the gentleman working there seemed mad about something and took it out on my order. I ordered a medium drink but he gave me a small. The fork he gave me was dirty and the napkins were scrunched up. I tried to get his attention but he ran to the back. Not worth going back.

Tried their Cocoa brown sugar tea with added creme brulee.. and Mongo pomelo smoothie.. it tasted amazing! Easily one of the best bubble tea place in fremont!

Great selection of tea and snacks. Chanced upon this place on a hot afternoon last week. My wife loved the tea with scoop of ice cream.

I only came here because it’s the nearest boba place to me. And their boba isnt bad at all. Things to note
Pro: close distance, good boba , drinks come out fast, customer service is ok, can order online
Con: the milk tea doesnt have smaller size, only 1 Large size , store is small with minimal seating so you cant hang out with friends.
I do not recommend their food. I feel like they serve just for the sake of it so the food is lackluster. Popcorn chicken is bland with no dipping sauce, the bento box only has rice, chicken and a small bunch of seaweed salad. It was bland too. I had the same thing at another boba place and they put kimchi, potstickers etc in it.
This place is good if i crave boba in a pinch but if i have time to spare it wouldnt be high on my list to go to

I went to Chacha go with my daughter in law last week. I got a strawberry black tea with boba (25% sweetened) and it was delicious. Boba was just right. I'll be wanting to go to Chacha go again next time I'm in Fremont.

The girl with bangs was super rude and had a terrible attitude, clearly did not want to be there. She called out an order number and the kid grabbed his corn dog. Then she says, “Kid, that’s not your corn dog.” in a scolding tone. It was his corn dog. She said oh and walked away, no apology.
In addition, wait time was almost 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Not returning.
