Twice now when placing a to-go order I’ve been charged for an item to then find out that it was not packed. Both times I’ve left the restaurant already. Not planning to order delivery from this location. And of course checking all the items at the drive through will not improve the experience.
This experience started before I came to this ChickFilA location. I called the Mowry St. catering hotline to ensure that this site was open (as the Dublin, Pleasanton location has been having discrepancies with their hours of operation). The person on the end of the Mowry St. catering hotline answered my question about open and closed times irregardless of it relating to catering. I drove from Oakland to this location for a quick dinner on a Friday. When I walked in, the line was not long and I did not have to wait too much to have my order taken. Kevin’s customer service is what I’d like to acknowledge. He took my order with a positive attitude, assisted me when I had not received an extra side, and even offered me and my family free left over ice cream! Thank you Kevin for making this experience worth the drive and it for sure was a Pleasure eating at this location.

I placed my order 25 minutes ahead of time through the app . When I arrived at the drive-thru, I gave my name and the employee repeated it back to me, confirming it was ready. However, when I pulled up to the window, I was told they didn’t “ see my name “ and was asked to leave the drive through into the parking lot ? This was very frustrating and didn’t make sense, there was no line at the time. The purpose of ordering ahead is to save time? Why would I need to go park after waiting so long. I waited another 10 minutes in the lot. Not sure if they handed out order to someone else but at least be honest instead of acting clueless !
