I had a drive-through order, The lady staff who took my order in front of the drive-through was super nice and polite , but when I got to pick up windows, the kitchen staff were horrible... throwing trash to another staff, weird color dishrag(I mean negative side) handed bag to me like leave now ... almost drop the bag in space between the staff and me.
I visited not so many chick fil a, but when I go to a fast food place, I go to chick fil a or in n out, so I hope their management get better for others

I went on Monday, and had one of the worst chick fil a chicken sandwiches I ever had at any of these before. I have been to chick fil a in many different states and locations in the area over the years, and this is by far the worst. The sandwich bread was hard and stale and the chicken was over cooked, and the fries had way too much salt on it. In addition to the food, the employees did not provide the welcoming and positive energy that every other place has. These employees working last Monday were rude and not joyful at all. I will not be returning to this location.

A very clean place, the pleasant atmosphere much better than any other fast food place.
Been there when first opening, the quality was ok, but today's meal was too salty, my kids spitting out the frys. It's disgustingly salty. The overpriced 35$ for 3 added more injury. Not going to be back.

Well... I told the drive through attendant I hadn't been here before and she was not helpful at all, just stood there with that tiny menu on the end of her tablet saying nothing and not helping. I was told Chick employees were great but that part sucked. The food was really good though and I will order online from now on to avoid the staff. At least you can see the menu online and aren't being rushed with zero help
