I’ve had the same experience twice now. I ordered through the app for delivery. The most recent time was a week ago. Not only was my delivery 30 minutes later than the time expected time provided, it was refrigerator cold! My guacamole contained very large pieces of unripened, hard avocado.
I’m not sure why they ask customers to complete their customer satisfaction survey. I completed it immediately after receiving this disappointing offer. They don’t bother to respond....read full review
