THEY NEVER HAVE GUACAMOLE… EVER!!! Do not come here if guac is important to you (as it is me), because they ALWAYSSSSS run out. I’ve been there as early as 6pm three or four times and they never have had guacamole. Do better. Smh.

The worst chipotle location I have had the unfortunately experience. If you come here after 6, they would have run out of many items. Even though this closes much later in the evening they don't make fresh fajita veggies. Only the portion they put into the bowls become smaller. Other items also run out and they don't attempt to refill it. It feels like they are trying really hard to go out of business with their service.

With so much hope I ordered their catering for a party of 10 and the food wasn’t sufficient even for 6 people. Everyone in my gathering kept looking at each other whether they should take food or not. When I finally ordered 2 large pizza, everyone ate honestly. Such a bigggg disappointment given that we are such frequent customers for chipotle… it’s was our go to spot atleast once a week.

Coming at night with my family, the place is dirty so no where to sit and eat, the food station is nasty and not cleaned, the workers themselves are disrespectful to the customers by not listening or caring enough to be correct with our order. They had to fix two mistakes because they were more fixated on their friends that were behind us in line instead of us first. Instead of hiring lazy teens, be mindful of the people you choose and pick people that actually will work and make your chipotle a better place to go back to.

Missing ingredients from a clear list from the order at 7.30pm on a Thursday night. Ran out of items or just didn't care??!!

I came to the store two hours before closing, and they were already out of beans, fajitas, and salsas. The staff showed no intention of restocking or even cared about the issue. Really disappointing service! It’s never a good time to come to this Chipotle, they are always out of stock for most of the items.

They always only accept cash at night. Pathetic service, just looking at their faces when you arrive at 9:30 p.m. They never have water in the dispensers. Several times they don't have all the condiments. They're not nice to us customers. I'm tired of seeing these people's looks of contempt when I come to pay for food. I think they're too young to know what customer service is. Every time I come here, something always happens. They never have napkins or anything.

Chipotle is usually my go-to, but today’s experience was so disappointing. When I was ordering, the server at the meat station kept saying he couldn’t hear me, even though I was speaking loudly enough that everyone behind me could hear. This didn’t happen to my boyfriend or the person behind us, and honestly, I felt like I was speaking louder than both of them. The girl at the start of the line and the cashier had no trouble hearing me, so I’m not sure what was going on with this guy. On top of that, the cashier seemed rushed, and when we asked for two cups, he handed us one and turned away immediately even when I tried to talk to him again. The portion sizes have improved, but the service really needs work. If your server can’t hear the customers maybe turn off the music?
