This is a miserable place. Walked in at 7 pm. They said they have run out of chips, corn. All tables are dirty. Trash cans are full. Drinks counter is dirty. Folks who worked there seemed like they didn’t care at all. No work ethics!

One order burrito looks like a ball. Ordered a chicken bowl. The gave me half a scoop of chicken. So at that time I didn’t want to argue and just decided to go with extra chicken and pay extra. But when the new girl added chicken didn’t even put in half the scoop this time. So I told them I want the regular amount of chicken money is not the issue. Just give me enough portion of the chicken to the bowl. So I payed double twice and still only ended up getting just what any other chipotle gives for there single chicken order. The trainer girl seemed more of a problem than the trainee.

Two years later and I am sad to report they still only have one person making the food. It's a great place to go if you love to wait in line during your lunch break!
Do not come to this location unless you are okay with waiting 45 minutes in line. If you order online you will still wait 45 minutes for your food. They consistently only have one person making food and one ringing up. That’s it. Skip it for your own peace.

Could do better cleaning the tables and floor … looks so dirty. You have lot of employees hanging out to serve limited menu that should be making good margin. Can spend some time and effort to keep the interiors cleaner and welcoming .

I walked in. They said they had no more cheese. It’s 1:22 in the afternoon. How can a business have no cheese. Somebody didn’t do their job. The star is here. Explain why the service is horrible. He said I hope you have a blessed day boss and continue to call me boss after I set a business cannot run without product. Horrible place to visit. Asked him for his name and he would not give it to me. He said it’s none of my business. He has long hair with no hairnet expect the hair in your food
Almost 4/5 times the rice and/or beans will be under cooked from this place.

I don’t eat here regularly but the few times I ordered food here I got some inedible substances like a piece of mesh net(probably that of an avocado bag) , hard parts of avocado skin and I am afraid to eat food without checking each bite. Going here feels like risking my health and life. Not going back until they do something about this.
I go to pick up my order, you tell me normally a girl is ready in 5 minutes, but I wait 5 to 8 minutes, then the guy comes. I wonder what order you are waiting for. I give the person's name and he tells me it will be in 15 to 20 minutes, how is that? They have to be serious people. If they say five, five, they say 15, in 15 they can't go around playing with you, otherwise you'll be waiting too. They're wasting their time waiting for your food. That doesn't have to be bad organization.
