Served my food by Gabriel, he was super friendly and warm. I love closer to the Newark location but I always drive the extra 10 minutes because this chipotle always has better service!

Beware of FOOD POISONING! Luke warm food sitting out for who knows how long. Basically out of everything.. no fajitas, no guac... almost empty bins. The kids behind the counter was trying to rush me along when I'm trying to decide which almost empty bin looks less likely to give me food poisoning. NO way will I ever come back here

It was a quick and easy pickup since I ordered at an odd time like 5 pm. Otherwise, usually packed place. Conveniently located next to FedEx and other nearby shopping outlets. Love the food and guacamole is free for now or at least until Tariffs take the effects.

Just as I thought they have improved, they have gone back to their old bad self. Cold food from tortilla onward. Untrained food server. Stringy hard beef. Un chewable and tasteless.

needs more staff to clean I felt embarassed taking someone here and had to do a basic wipe of the table. trash overfilled food on tables/stains/the ground.

The server was handling meat for the previous customers with the same gloves on and I wanted to order vegetarian burritos. I requested him to change his gloves. He shrugged and proceeded to warm up the tortillas. I asked him to change it again, he shrugged and proceeded to pull out the warm burritos. For a third time, I asked him politely to do it before he made the burritos. He expressed his displeasure, changed the gloves, gave me half the quantity of rice and beans as compared to every other customer before us and continued to add the salsa. I said I wanted fajitas and he said it will take another 5-10 minutes. He said you can add the other stuff. I canceled the order and left.

Someone took my meal before my arrival. The lady at pick up counter helped me redo one. I highly recommend to ask customer to show the email confirmation in order to pick up. Otherwise, it will keep happening that wrong person picked the wrong meal.

4 recent visits here. I have had to wait 15 minutes for certain meats and sometimes guacamole because they weren’t done. Today I had to wait. The beef brisket was burnt. It was dry and crunchy. Their portions are getting smaller.
I spent over $30. For a bowl and a burrito very disappointing to take it home and taste burnt meat
