The food was good, but the staff was skimping on the serving sizes (at least compared to what they used to be), and hadn’t refilled many of the food bins. It wasn’t a good experience. I’m sure it wasn’t the staff’s fault and that the fault lies with managerial direction, but it’s disappointing since this used to be the better chipotle option nearby

I went in on 4/3/24 at 4pm and a hispanic male was being very rude and put insanely small portions on my burrito. he put not even half a scoop of chicken and when i asked him if he could put more he said no you have to pay double. And he literally used the tip of his fingers to sprinkle cheese when i asked him for extra. I’ve never seen this before. Besides him everyone else was nice and helpful.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. First there was a line waiting and the employee kept cleaning even tho the surface was cleaned. Secondly, he messed up my order and put black beans in it. After that while putting more chicken, He gave only 4 pieces per bowl and when i asked for more, he said he can't give more, while they had the box full of chicken. I asked for queso, the server asked me 5 times that its gonna be extra and i kept saying thats okay, just put it on. While serving he dropped the bowl twice and put the same spoon in everything. Rude behavior and pathetic service, with zero professionalism.
Slow service only one person does order and billing.

I usually go to the Mowry chipotle, but the service there is horrible so I decided to come to the auto mall chipotle. They are very kind to the customers and they put a good quantity amount of food onto the plates. I got take out, but the restaurant is spacious and clean, and the food is tastier than mowry’s chipotle. I highly recommend you to go to this chipotle, your experience will be quick and pleasant.

0 stars is what this place actually needs. When ordering a kids build your own taco, I was told that there is no brown rice. I said okay. Then as my order is being made, I’m told that there is no milk but I see it in the fridge. Then as I’m waking out, no “baby chips” but I’m told that I can buy adult chips.The right thing would have been to give me portion of the chips.Makes the place seem stingy.
