Steak had large chunks of fat on it in my bowl . Couldn't eat it, made nauseous. Never experienced this at a Chipotle before. Usually they trim fat better. Overall chipotle has been going downhill in quality over time. Food has been below average the last couple times.

Ordered steak tacos to go and came home to a not steak tacos but chicken tacos. Previous order in the past same tacos ordered and no lettuce.

2 times i reached there around 10:15 pm but they closed it already so why don’t they correct their timings and save people from botheration !!! I travelled couples miles just to eat here twice !!

Policy mentions 4 ounces for the meat he was slim and the brown rice was out , so I couldn’t add that to my order unless I wanted to wait 5-10 mins . So I order black beans chicken , sour cream and pico . For the price I could have went else where and now I know I will next time . If you check out the pictures you can see the bowls they are preparing for other customers are full .

This girl wearing nose rings and whatnot had zero etiquettes how to talk to a customer , zero customer service skills , rude and arrogant . Throwing food in bowl . Wouldn’t recommend going there .

BEWARE: DON’T COME UNLESS YOU WANT TINY PORTIONS. As I was finishing up my order, I saw the manager VERBALLY INSTRUCTING THE EMPLOYEE that “you shouldn’t be putting that much” and telling him to give smaller portions next time. Ridiculous.
