I love Chipotle, but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Not only standing in line waiting and being ignored. The only thing that was fresh was the meat. The rest of the ingredients were mushy and flavorless. What a shame.

First time eating at one of these paces and it will be my last. I recall patrons were recording while getting served and I see why. Rice and beans were the main dish while the chicken was the side dish.

Worst chipotle in history. The “GM” claims to own this store but doesn’t speak any English? Gives free soda to homeless but has an issue giving hard working PAYING customers ice? Get over yourself Catherine. Have the day you deserve. Do NOT overpay for this white washed Mexican food w there half ass portions

The managers name to this location is CATHERINE . I believe she is Colombian and claims she doesn’t speak English. She’s very rude and not to mention is very unprofessional speaking to PAYING customers inside her workplace and in front of her work place.

I never really post reviews unless something is really annoying or terrible. No one said hi to me. She was just looking at me really weird until I ordered and she kept rolling her eyes. I don’t know what her issue was. And I told her I wanted lettuce and she rolled her eyes and walked away to the back to get some lettuce and I was confused if she was even getting it or not, and then when I went to check out with another woman I paid and she handed me the food, but she didn’t say anything so I didn’t even know if the card went through so I was just standing there looking stupid. Very weird experience. I think they need a new manager to train them the most very very basic customer service.

This evening, I had a nice supper. This evening I would like to chime in on the Manager, Mr. David.

Every time I come in David always make his way over to me and say hello with a warm and friendly smile.

For whatever reason I decided to dine in, and sat near the window. While doing his rounds, Mr. David made a B-line over to my table and before I could ask for help he had already started lowering the blinds, because he clearly saw that the sun was disturbing my dining experience.

Should you have a desire for Chipotle, stop by the the location on Osgood and say hello to Mr. David and his extremely friendly staff. The food is not only delicious, the staff is not only friendly, but the dining area is also very clean.

Steak had large chunks of fat on it in my bowl . Couldn't eat it, made nauseous. Never experienced this at a Chipotle before. Usually they trim fat better. Overall chipotle has been going downhill in quality over time. Food has been below average the last couple times.
