Everyone comes to this place! It's like the sweetest hair oasis nested in Fremont. I had no idea there's such cool place in my neighborhood m. Stephanie is so meticulous and studious about how to make your hair beautiful and tidy. No judgement. She also gives amazing, stylish men's haircuts.

OMG STEPHANIE is seriously THE BEST!! My sister recommended coming here and let me tell you, there are like, zero good and reliable hair salons in Fremont! All the good ones in SJ charge an arm and a leg with 6+ months of waiting before the next available appointment. Luckily, you can find weekend openings with Stephanie within just a few months, but for sure less than 6 months out compared to the other hair places. My last hair dresser turned my dream of a mushroom ash brown into just black lol so I was trying to go back to the light side. Stephanie told me she went through the same thing and knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve it. She gave me a balayage mushroom ash brown just as I imagined!! I've never been so happy before with a hair coloring job! She was so sweet and gave me so much information on hair care! Her prices are affordable for the quality that comes from it! I will be seeing her in the next year to go through my next lightening session. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH STEPHANIE!! =')

Booked a balayage/ombre appointment with Stephanie for the first time today, and I'm certain that this will not be the last! Stephanie was amazing, so friendly and open to discussing what color/style I wanted for my hair. I was able to show her some inspo photos and talk it over before starting the process. It was reassuring to know that she was experienced and knew what she was talking about. Loved that she strived for smooth transitioning of color and no brassiness for my hair! She even recommended affordable products to use after my hair appointment to help maintain the quality/color. My appointment took about 3 hours, but it felt like time went by faster. The vibe of her studio and the music playing also helped make the experience more relaxing! Overall, super satisfied with how it turned out & would recommend checking her out! :-)

Stephanie is amazing. She know what she is doing and will not sell you anything she think you don't need. I originally went for a toner service. She saw my hair and told me that i don't really need it. We ended up just had a hair cut. I would definitely come back again for a fall color service!

She was very personable, and gave great tips on how to maintain my hair so it can be as healthy as much as possible! The balyage she gave me was beautiful! I got my cross between smoky grey and ash brown, and she gave me cute wispy bangs! Will definitely come back!

Very unprofessional. She kept cancelling my bookings without notifying me and was not responsive to my messages. I was very polite and courteous.. wish she did the same. She seems like a great hair stylist but needs to work on professionalism and customer service.

This review is long overdue. I have been seeing Stephanie for my hair for over a year now. When I started going to her my hair was so damaged. She has treated my hair and it's now more healthier than ever. In my most recent appointment with her we did a color change. I'm still getting complemented to this day like it was just done. Bottom line is she's great her technique is amazing and flawless and her professionalism and friendliness are great examples of why her customer service meets high expectations!
