Pathetic service. No answers to two simple question. Looked frustrated and was just point blank rude. Also was throwing things trying to show the business and tiredness on his face. Reading comments from the past 1year and people seem to be complaining about the place and service Cold Stone runs. Still we are having soo many issues without a single resolution. Very Sad it's high time this outlet should shut.

I went to this Cold Stone last night at 9:50. They close at 10. We were told we couldn’t order any mix ins because they already ‘turned off’ the stone. I said but you don’t close yet. They said sorry. So we left and went to the other Cold Stone in town. Very disappointing. They also had half the store taped off. It was clear they wanted to get home.

Wish I could give NO STARS. Horrible customer service, counter cleark made rude racial remark. Only me an my kids an husband in store, so it was not misdirected. On top of that we got swindled..ordered all large cups, spent $40+ cause it was my kids graduation treat, got home & noticed the double cupped us,meaning charged us for big bowl & shortened our amount. SEE PICS, youll understand but this was very WRONGan they still managed to mess up 2 of the orders too busy trying to cheat us. I will NEVER go here again.
I came in to get ice cream on May 11 on a Saturday and really enjoyed it was good. However, the customer service was disappointing. The employee seemed distracted, was talking to himself, and had an AirPod in. It was clear he was on a call while serving customers, which felt unprofessional. I hope the store improves on this going forward.

Most unprofessional folks ever to deal with !!!! They spoiled my 9 year old Birthday cake and ruined her special day. Ordered a themed cake for my daughter’s birthday 5 days in advance. Sent the pic , paid extra for the toys part of the theme. They gave me a plain cake on the day of the party!!!!
