Great service from Heavyn & Liz today! Efficient service. They answered all our questions about ingredients. They have a great SILK almond milk chocolate ice cream by the way. Wonderful smiles!

Wish I could give NO STARS. Horrible customer service, counter cleark made rude racial remark. Only me an my kids an husband in store, so it was not misdirected. On top of that we got swindled..ordered all large cups, spent $40+ cause it was my kids graduation treat, got home & noticed the double cupped us,meaning charged us for big bowl & shortened our amount. SEE PICS, youll understand but this was very WRONGan they still managed to mess up 2 of the orders too busy trying to cheat us. I will NEVER go here again.

I came in to get ice cream on May 11 on a Saturday and really enjoyed it was good. However, the customer service was disappointing. The employee seemed distracted, was talking to himself, and had an AirPod in. It was clear he was on a call while serving customers, which felt unprofessional. I hope the store improves on this going forward.

Most unprofessional folks ever to deal with !!!! They spoiled my 9 year old Birthday cake and ruined her special day. Ordered a themed cake for my daughter’s birthday 5 days in advance. Sent the pic , paid extra for the toys part of the theme. They gave me a plain cake on the day of the party!!!!

today i order at 9:50 pm french vanila and orange sorbet for the togo icecream is so good but that girl who was on counter was so rude she doesn’t give us any kind of topping and didn’t ask for any other thing just put the icecream in the box and said this is your order and get the lid from there . This is not customer service. But that boy was so good
I came in on July 7th, around 8:00 pm. The curly haired guy served me THE BEST ICE CREAM I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY 42 YEARS ON THE PLANET. I will be coming back, and I hope that he will be there.?

I was staying in Sunnyvale, recovering from covid. On Saturday the 6th of July at 11.05, I looked up on Google the closest cold stone. As it turned out, it was 20 minutes away. I raced to get there on time, I arrived at 11.24. As I went to the door it was locked. The employee with curly hair waved me off. I indicated I was there 6 minutes b4 your internet posted time. He turned to his fellow employee and had a laugh. While I was standing there 6 more customers showed up. I don't know about how the owner would feel about an employee laughing about the loss of 100.USD in revenue.

This coldstone has gone downhill. The ice creams were melted. Fruit was rotten. Messy atmosphere. Employees dont seem happy, at all. Do better Fremont.
