Staff was apathetic at best.
I have a sizeable sweet tooth and came in with a huge craving but honestly threw half of it away before finishing because I could tell the ingredients were stale, and started to actually feel sick very shortly after. Woke up in the middle of the night type sick.
This franchise location is a disservice to the brand.
Also - and unrelated to this review - the other 5 star reviews look extremely sus, including a lot of profiles with just one review, almost as if the owners could’ve written it

I came in Feb for ValentinesDay, their refridgerators, entry door malfunctions are broken and dont allow customers to open. i went during November again same situation of refridgerators and door
The store lady is not ready to step out and show me the cakes in fridge she is like i dont show you have to choose from menu
but when i want to choose from Menu she said not available.
my point is to cut time and take whatever is avaialble. she is like very rude and dont want to come out and help us no other customer is also there to say she is busy

Disappointed that it’s been a couple times that we arrive during “open” hours and they are closed with no info or note. Online it says it’s open. It’s past noon on a Sunday with it being closed.

Eating establishments should make their restrooms available to customers. Pretty ridiculous to have to go elsewhere when they have restrooms and you already ordered something.

This review is strictly for the owners not employees. Terrible experience in the kristy street cold stone in pacific commons. The lady in glasses (pale skin) kicked me and my mom out while i was helping my mom make a coldstone account on her phone. Truly a disgrace and no hospitality. This is the second time they give me some sort of attitude. Wont be coming again.
Im pretty sure this lady is the wife of the owner. I see alot of people mention him on here with peppered hair and glasses. Both of these people do not deserve this business!
A couple friends and I had eaten dinner in the area and went for a quick dessert here last night. Everything was going well, my friend and I had sampled a new ice cream flavor and the lady serving us was very nice. My friend liked the new flavor we had tried but I wanted to try another one of the new flavors. The issue came when another guy (salt and pepper hair with spectacles, most likely the owner) rudely interrupted us and said “only one sample per person”. I’ve never had this happen at any other Coldstone and even the lady that was previously serving us was confused as to why that rule was being made up on the spot. I felt extremely profiled and decided not to purchase anything in that moment. I will not be returning to this location.
