I've been coming here a lot, and every time I go, I leave with not just a great assortment of drinks but also a heart full of warmth from the staff's sincere compassion. It never ceases to amaze me how many shelves and refrigerators are filled with such a large assortment of booze. It's a sanctuary for people who value great customer service together with a selection of spirits that are obtained locally. I saw it previously described as a speakeasy! It surely is but for craft beers. I took my son here before dinner because we both wanted a couple of beers first. This is a great place to stop in if you want to try some craft beers. They have a great selection on tap and even more in cans. I saw some people even buy cans and enjoy them there. Definitely the place to go if you want to try different types of beers. Everyone was super cool. You can tell there are regulars that come here but everyone is made welcome!

The go-to place in the East Bay to purchase craft beer. Been goin here for years. The staff is very knowledgeable and are genuinely interested in introducing me to good stuff that I've never tried before. I've never walked out of there without something new they recommend, and it is pretty much always fantastic. The taproom in the back is a nice touch.

We call this the "speakeasy " it's got incredible craft beers and a great tasting room in the back. The tasting room has a few high top tables and around 15 beers on tap. All of which are excellent! An equally awesome section of craft beer cans as well. Service fits the space but the owners and employees are all very kind and welcoming!
This is by far the best beer bar in the back of a liquor store that I have ever been to. When I walked in, they were blaring Van Halen, the game was on TV, and there was a dude with a righteous shiner and an ankle monitor sitting at the bar. Five stars all the way. This place is Union City as hell and I am loving every bit of it.

This place is great for their variety and in shop drinking area, but their prices are ridiculously high on most items. I understand how mark ups and overhead costs work, so I am not tripping off some increase but when a bottle of some gut- wrenching quality booze in a pint size cost more than a handle of the same elsewhere, it just doesn't make sense.
