Dropped by this past weekend before the shut down with my girl. We got two cookie sandwiches they were on point. Cookies were warm and soft with the ice cream it was just perfect!

The owner is a young vibrant guy and very welcoming. Gave a personal touch by coming up and asking how the day was going and what we would like. Generally any food joints gets better when ambience, server or the manager or owner greets customers. If you have not go try it. Lots of choices.

Has the best employees EVER!! Always happy to see my family & I. We come by at least 3 times a week to get ice cream, they go the extra mile to help us out with the kids & our orders . Even our DoorDash orders we received, they always know what we order :) !! Thank you guys

Extremely disappointed with the customer service my family and I received here. A family member of mine who is a woman was called sir multiple times by an employee who i will not name for their privacy. This is simply is not okay, I work in the retail environment and have never had this happen. It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to our whole party. Gender specific training should be a priority.

I scream for ice cream! Ice cream sandwiches, milk shakes, cookies, brownies, sundaes! So many choices. My fave is a chocoholic milk shake and if I check in on yelp, I get a free cookie! Score!

Service is beyond abysmal! Went to this location on Sunday 11/3/19 afternoon...we were the only family there and ordered a waffle sandwich. The lady there burnt the waffle while making it. I would have been fine if she had mentioned that and just made it a second time around or said that the equipment was not working. She tried to just give it us claiming only one side of it was burnt and the other side was perfectly fine !!! Also said that every single one of them is going to be that way because of how the waffle iron was! I asked for a refund and her response was that she didn't know how to process one! Definitely NOT going there again.

Michelle gave the best customer service! Since i was very indecisive, she offered many samples and gave great input on what would go great together! I got a cin-ful churro snickerdoodle cookie sand which. The store was also cute and neat 10/10 would be coming back !
i just want to say that MICHELLE is the best worker there ever!!! She is so sweet and knows what she's doing! She's a very hard worker and I really appreciate her serving me! Best CREAM worker ever period.

Delish ice cream sandwiches in the heart of Fremont. They let you pick a cookie or cone or "dosan"...a donut croissant concoction that looked very yum... then you pick the ice cream and they make you the sandwich of good dreams. I am sad they accepted butterscotch coffee the specialty item but did not have it available for us get try or buy. Ordered the sugar cookie with chocolate fudge and hubby had the snickerdoodle with vanilla. The server warmed up our cookie and then rolled our ice cream.

Didn't even know this spot was here! The place is nice and clean, our server (Leia) was super cool and helped us figure out what flavor to get. Definitely will come back for the birthday cake with fruity pebbles!

After a long day of shopping :) it was time for Ice-cream. I've been wanting to try this place since it opened. I just feel bad because it took me so long to come her (it's so good) Customer Service: A+ a young man named Dominique served my family and I and he was fantastic! Very respectful young man. Cleanliness: A+ for been an ice cream shop the tables are completely clean and the display is very organized. Food: i ordered mini cookie with strawberry ice cream inside. 2 small cups and a large cup. Total was $18 $1 per topping (they don't add enough toppings for the price) Overall- I would come here everyday if i could.
