I was excited to try this place since the coffee scene in Union City is not great. My experience with the staff was good, but the options were limited. They were not able to accommodate an easy order request and i had to settle for an almond latte. The latte tested watered down and was expensive coming in at about $8. I never mind paying that much for a rich cup, but not for this one.

i've been here for more than 10 times, but recently they started serving coffee/latte in half cup. if you want to decrease the volume, just use a smaller cup, don't make it ugly.

great coffee, best in Fremont. awfully slow and disorganized service, baristas spending more time chatting than serving customers. need a customer’s training to understand why they are here. having a crowd of people staring at them and waiting for a drink supposed to be motivational. and they have 5+ people there, plenty. their rating is slowly creeping down lately, such a shame.
