They don’t have any clue on how to do business. I only had positive experience with dominos so far, but this store inverted my whole experience in one order.
Try other dominos (one in grimmer) that’s way better than this clown shop.

Traveling the country and this is one of the worst dominos ive been to. Staff sucks and is rude. Pizza was delayed. They ask for your order number because they cant read names or something.

I placed an order at this store by mistake at 9:16 and called the store immediately they finally answered at 9:20 after three calls and then put me on hold. At 9:20 when Mike answered the call he was very rude and told me he could not cancel the order because it was ready - I know he was lying. I told him I live an hour away and it was placed by mistake and he refused. He said you can come pick it up, I mean honestly asking. A customer to drive an hour to pick up a pizza that this owner does not want to cancel was ridiculous. I asked him if I do t pick it up what will he do with the food since he is hell bent on charging me, he said he will throw it out. I will complain to corporate and make sure that this gets resolved. I have screen shots of my order and phone calls that I’ve added to this review and also complained to corporate.
Please DO NOT go to this store since these people are crooks and have no understanding of customer service. Also, if your pizza is not ready in 4 minutes ask for your money back since apparently my order was ready in 4 mins as per this lying manager Mike.

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at any Domino's EVER, and I have been eating Domino's for ages. So let me give you all the details. I place an order at 1:19 pm and schedule it for pickup at 3 pm. I place another order at 1:23 pm and schedule it for pickup at 3 pm as well. I reach the store at 3:00 pm sharp and ask the attendant (named Elaina, I think) for my food while telling her my name. Her response: Tell me the order number. I have never been asked that before, so I asked her where to look for the order number because I am looking at my domino's app, and I do not see it on my screen. Instead of telling me politely she yells at me that I should look at my email. wow. ok, so I check my email, and I tell her It's order number 13 and 14. Elaina: #13 is ready. and #14 will be another 25-30 minutes. Me: Both the orders are scheduled for pickup at 3, and the tracker says they are ready as well. Elaina: You just ordered it. It will take time to make your order. Me: No, I ordered it more than 90 minutes ago, and I scheduled it for 3 pm. I have my party for which I need this food at 3 pm. Elaina: I don't care. Food is not ready. I am working alone and you should order on time. Me (extremely disappointed and annoyed by the worst customer experience ever): Ok, Can you please give me #13? Elaina: It's not ready yet. It is still in the oven. At this point, I am losing my patience with her attitude, but I do not want to spoil my mood on my daughter's birthday, so I walk away and drop off my kids (who are waiting in the car) and the cake. I come back 30 minutes later at 3:30 pm to pick up my food, and take it to the venue (which is 3-4 minutes away from Dominos) Now let's talk about the quality of food. One of the pizzas I ordered was 1 large with ham on left half and pepperoni on the right half. What do I get? 1 large pizza with cheese on left half and pepperoni on the right. No ham? Another pizza I ordered was a thin crust cheese pizza with pineapple topping. What do I get? Exactly that pizza except it's 1 piece. No cuts at all. Moreover, all the food from order #13 was ice-cold, while the items from order #14 was edible. I was genuinely ashamed to serve that food on my daughter's birthday. The quality of service and food was absolutely disgusting.

Stay away from this Domino's on. Fremont Blvd across from Washington HS. Used the app and waited till it said everything was ready to pick up. Went in and and 4 people working. Waited at counter about 4 min before was helped. They said my pizza wasn't ready. They half assed looked for it so it was overlooked it. Another 5 min goes by and it wasn't in the oven so he looks again and found it sitting on rack. After s to standing there over 10 min. Got home and the pizza was sparsely prepared with pineapple and ham. Not only that it must of had a big bubble when cooked so 20 percent of pizza was bare. Horrible pizza , turned into dog food.

In the past two years, I have never got a decent pizza from this store. Pizza will either be burnt or undercooked, toppings will either be wrong or missing altogether. Pizzas will be dehydrated, dough will be collapsed. Sauce will basically be absent and cheese will not cover any more than half the pizza.
DO NOT GET PIZZA from this store EVER PERIOD. This is the worst dominos I’ve had so far. I live close to the store and hence used to order from them often. Not one single time did they deliver what I asked for. Their pizzas are at times not even edible and I end up trashing more than half of my order. Their quality standards are extremely low. Toppings are either missing, incorrect or inadequate. I am never going to order anything from this store again.

I’ve given this store multiple chances, but their pizzas are consistently disappointing. I’ve lived in Fremont for almost two years, and despite this location being close to my home, I stopped ordering after just three tries. The toppings, especially the cheese, are always lacking, and the quality of the pizza is just subpar.
One of the employees making the pizzas seems inexperienced, possibly an international student, and the results reflect that. I say this as someone who was also an international student from the same country—I know the struggle of balancing work and studies, but quality still matters, especially in food service.
I’m writing this review today because, by accident, I selected this store for pickup. Worst decision of the day. Ended up with another terrible pizza—definitely not making that mistake again.
If you’re looking for a better option, I highly recommend the Domino’s on Grimmer Blvd—they do an excellent job every time!
