At the very beginning: this place is takeout only.
Very kind and friendly staff, and at-home atmosphere.
Good portion and taste of food. Would recommend roasted duck and chicken, both of which come with homemade sauces, especially the roasted duck sauce with nice meat fragrance. The roasted port is pretty good too. It’s just my personal preference of poultry.
The ingredients have good quality without too much fat, so you wouldn’t feel greasy when eating, which is the main reason I prefer here to Ranch 99 diary. And the price tends to be cheaper when you choose the whole duck/chicken, in which case you get a full box of treasure!
I have had enjoyable meals since the first time. Would definitely come back and try other dishes😋

The food tasted old. The steam pork tasted like they have been cooked while back and reheated. It had a fermenting smell to it. The place while not kept well. Service items all over the place. Rice in lotus leaf tasted old as well. Fried taro dumpling looked good but felt sick from all the lard taste and the smell of old cooking oil. The only thing decent was the shuimai. To top it off the lady overcharged me by 4 dollars. Will not be returning to this place!

Definitely will be back again. Price may be a little bit high normally we go to Chinatown in Oakland usually we get a little bit more for the same amount that I pay very busy here that's good you see a lot of Asian people here coming in that means the food is really good.
I understand what they speak. Been in the restaurant business 50 years. Cantonese style. But since Oakland Chinatown going down bad from all the crime no one wants to go there now, Oakland is getting really ruin down city mayor and our governor is destroying it, people leaving the area!

Fantastic spot for some fresh dim sum! Their portion sizes are huge especially when considering how low their prices are. The aunties at the counter are very friendly and service is quite fast since the dim sum is ready to go from the steaming pots.

Chinese bbq & dim sum
Food didn’t taste good, very salty and full of soy sauce. I recommend Panda Express over their express menu.
The taste is very good
I used to love eating here. Unfortunately now they give you very little and the cost has gone up. The food is still delicious but the amount and price are imbalanced. I recommend going someplace else where the price and amount is fair. Plenty of Chinese options with cheaper prices for the food you are given.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting this takeout-only restaurant for the first time. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by two ladies with warmth and hospitality. We didn’t know what to order at first, and they didn’t make us feel rushed at all. In fact, they were very kind and attentive. They even offered us a free sample of one of their specialties. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers. And their food truly tastes like something from your favorite aunties kitchen!!
My boyfriend was a regular here before we started dating, but four years later, it was my first time going with him! It’s truly a gem. They pack the food to the brim, and it's enough to feed us for about four meals tbh. We got two lunch plates with Vegetarian Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Sesame Chicken (perfect chicken to breading ratio, and the sauce is addicting), Tofu and Eggplant (sooo flavorful), Roast Duck (my boyfriend's favorite) and cabbage, and an ice cold soda! They even added forks and napkins which a lot of other places forget to do.
If you’re looking for a lunch place that will satisfy both your appetite and your eyes, don’t hesitate to go here. The portions are generous, the flavors are authentic, and the service is nothing short of wonderful.

Very expensive food not very good
Parking: oh vast
Convenient, affordable, and tastes pretty good. Business is very good. On weekdays, people line up to buy barbecued meat as soon as it opens.
