The food taste is okay, it can be rated 4 stars, but I can only give it 1 star in the end because the service made me feel that she didn't respect the customers. Firstly, there was no service at all. Secondly, when I was about to pay the bill, I didn't receive all the bills, directly checked with us, swiped the card on the machine, and forcibly charged a 20% tip. As customers, why don't we have the right to choose? This makes me feel very disrespectful to consumers. I believe that those who can go out to eat will basically give tips, but it's not like them who forcibly charge without the customer's consent

Unexpectedly, I had the opportunity to eat Duan Chunzhen when I came to the United States. The soup was good and the handmade wide noodles Q. It would be even better if there was more beef.

The food is delicious
It's a pity that there are few things on offer, no xiaolongbao and no dumplings.
But of course I will come back for the Taiwanese taste.
Not to mention punching in and sending side dishes.

That's too exaggerated. There's not a single chopped green onion. Is the chef in a bad mood today?

The service and food used to be excellent, but since they changed the entire staff, the service has gotten much worse. Sometimes it’s mediocre and other times it’s just bad—they barely remember your preferences.

Visited on Saturday night. Decent beef and tendon (very soft) noodle soup. Combo plate appetizer dish, 2 types of tofu is tasty; kelp is mushy. Portions are small. 1 of the waitress could be more courteous. Overall 3 stars.

The braised food is bitter inside. The ribs came out cold.

I feel scammed. The huge beef in their picture never exists. When I ordered it, it's like three tiny slices of beef. Not coming back!

The noodles easily stick together and the braised dishes and fried rice are a bit oily. The soup is good tho.

Tried their popular combo noodles (sliced beef shank, tendon and tripe) which was very tender and spicy but only had 2 small bites of bok choy. Their sliced pork bowl was more generous with the meat but was also stingy with the greens. Not anything special and lots better options nearby. Service was nice. Gender restrooms. No contactless payment option. Would not recommend.

Ordered two mains and a braise side dish. Our braise side dish took 10minutes to arrive, first main came 5 minutes later. Last main we had to flag someone down to check our order. Finally came 5 minutes later, it was the wrong dish. At this point we said forget it and just shared the dish.

Operationally, kitchen is slow. Lots of people waiting for their food.

Taste wise, mild flavor. Has the spice essence, but not salty/savory enough.

The waitress has no idea what it is on the menu and not able to order the basic food even on the first page. This store will go out of business very quickly.
