Service was slow. Drinks took 20 minutes to show up. Orders were wildly out of sequence and kiosk wasn't intuitive or have all the options so I would have to wait inline to order what I wanted.

This Dunkin Donuts officially took a turn for the worse!!! Use to come here everyday for my cup of coffee with the staff, which it seems they all left!! The guy in there now looks like he’s on something!! The coffee taste old and nasty!! And it seems dirt inside!! Unfortunately this Dunkin is a thing of the past!!!

People working in this store, they don’t give a xxxx of your present, I stand in front of the cashier counter for 10 minutes, hoping someone shall ask me (may I help you, or next customer) but no one give a xxxxx, I asked one of the employees whose behind the counter to help me order my drink, he’s said, I have to use stupid/useless mobile order station to order my drink. This place is dumb. Never will be back here again.

Came with family at 5.30pm on Friday, closing time was 6pm. They closed lobby and told we can't eat inside when the entire store was empty. The reason they offered was that, there are understaffed and can't clean up again, so decided to close the entire thing 30 mins prior to closing time. Such a bad customer experience.

if you want to waste your whole morning waiting for your 12 dozen. go here they take forever if you order on the big screen they don't prioritize that shit. Go in line and order from there.

Ordered thru the app, got there and was told the plain bagel bites were out and they gave me the everything bagel bites- which I wanted but it wasn't available on the app! Yum!

If you go there at 5:40 and they open at 5 and you see a short lady in a hat working of Philippine decent she will not open the door (the beginning of the week) she will leave it locked and tell you no . She will let you stand outside in the cold while she restocks her doughnuts acting like she didn't see you. It frustrating when you place an online order ahead of time just for her not to open the door. L

Service was glacially slow. Customers were visibly irritated by both rookie and AM manager/trainer who didn't seem that concerned who should get their order first. This week's rookie was much better than last one but still needs a lot of training. This is the last time I'm doing business with this store.

I used to be able to walk in and out of this place, lately the service has been very bad in the morning. The last time I was here I had to get all of the same donuts because a large party ordered a lot of donuts from what it seemed. Should they have not anticipated this and made more donuts for the regular day? Hopefully things get better here because there’s not a closer one in the area.

I notice does employee not changing there gloves. When i order a donuts the guy touch the donuts and not using any tong , the gloves he use he touch every where, i end up throw the donuts in the trash.. i did say anything so they won't upset. But since i notice that im not gonna buy any donuts there..

Wow. Do not recommend the donuts here at all. Came on a Saturday afternoon for a few donuts (my son had a craving). They didn't have all the donuts available (we got a vanilla sprinkle, 2 Boston cremes and 3 munchkins - they gave us 2 chocolate and one blueberry becuae they didn't have any other flavors). The donuts were at least a day if not more older. The donut holes were so dry I couldn't even bite into it. The bathroom (only one worked) had a broken soap dispenser. When I told the worker there she just stared at me and said "ok". Not clean, not fresh. Never comign back. We noticed a donut shop right across the street (that closes at 2pm) that was more of a mom and pop place. My husband went to check it out the following Monday morning and it was fantastic and fresh. In fact, I'm enjoying next day donut as my breakfast and it's still fresher than what we paid for at Dunkin'.

10/13/23 at 1:10-1:30pm whoever are the service crew this time sucks! They never mind and check customer orders, instead are busy chit chatting on what hairstyle to get and are making their own drinks. Very poor customer service.
