When picking my order up for my family, guy told me I have enough food for two years and I can go back to my cave now. Then yelled go back to your cave as I was leaving. This was completely unprovoked and took me so off guard I had no response. Can't tell you how much I don't recommend anyone go here and suffer random abuse for bad greasy Americanized "Chinese Food".

The prices and portions are great and the food is always delicious and freshly made, it has become my go to spot for Chinese food.

Great price. Great food. Generous portions. Short wait times for food also. Kung Pao Prawns is my favorite .

We ordered food delivery for a company meeting and they did not disappoint on the flavor of the food, the freshness, and portions. It arrived almost exactly at 1230pm as requested as well. We ordered: Salt and Pepper Fish Broccoli Beef Orange Chicken Shrimp Chow Mein House Fried Rice and 2 Pupu Platters. Our employees were very pleased with the food. We will continue to use them and will come back for future events.

The worts customer service I ever received. The guy that help me was so rude for no reason. First time and last time I come here. There's better Chinese restaurants than this place with the rudest customer service.

Yum! We loved it! We've tried a couple of Chinese restaurants around the area, and this has become our favorite go-to. Portions are generous and delicious. The sesame chicken and the sweet and sour chicken are crispy and saucy, the walnut shrimp isn't just a bunch of batter like some other places, beef chow mein was generous with the beef, and the fried rice was flavorful. Loved everything we ordered. When you pick up your order, it's so convenient and nice that they have the condiments ready for you to grab (sweet and sour sauce, chili sauce, fortune cookies, chopsticks). Definitely give it a try! Not a formal restaurant, so I would recommend taking it to go :)

Surprisingly, one of the few places that uses the thick Chow Mein noodles. Also one of the few that still uses the oyster Pail Chinese takeout boxes (i know it's not authentic, but I like the nuance). Nice guy at the counter as well, gives me free egg rolls whenever i order dinner.

Stopped in town and needed quick place to eat. This place has good rating so we tried it Not a Chinese food expert, but this food was really good good. General Tao chicken, pot stickers, and broccoli and bean curd. All were delish. Eat here if you want good food

I ordered online around 7:20pm for pickup of 4 items (orange chicken, Chicken fried rice, beef chow mein, and schezwan pork) I only got 1 l item I ordered the orange chicken, I only got 3 plates instead of 4 The plates Orange chicken (correct one) Combination fried rice (a bunch of meat in it) And some kind of salad with shrimp on it? I'm missing an entire plate and couldn't feed my entire family I now have to go to some other place to get food after spending $60 on 4 plates I didn't receive I've attached images of the 2 mess ups I can't recommend this place I tried calling back and nobody answered the phone during the times they were open Maybe they might fix this probably not being they didn't answer the phone just save yourself some time don't go here

Had a craving for some Chinese food and this did not hit the spot. EVERTHING just seemed like it wasn't fresh. Pot stickers were dry, the chow mein noodles were mushy. The wife said the Mongolian beef had almost no flavor which is crazy it's usually spicy. I usually order food from here, and likely will again because it's usually solid. Last nights misstep was probably a fluke. This is a food review only because it's always a door dash experience for me so I can't speak to the restaurant or the service.

I was recently very disappointed and disturbed by the service my daughters received when picking up food for my husband and myself. My family (daughters included) have been giving Eastern Winds our money for years! We have been eating at Eastern Winds since my 25 year old was a child. Eastern Winds restaurant always has had such an awesome vibe, tasty food and we always felt welcomed. My husband and I sent our 2 daughters to pick up our food and my daughters were treated very badly by Jay. They said he was very rude and loud with them because they weren't sure what we had ordered and as one of my daughters stepped outside to call my husband to see what the order was, Jay yelled some snide remark in front of his other customers about her not knowing what she ordered. She not only felt embarrassed but hurt. My husband called while the girls were still there and Jay put my husband on speaker as he is telling his restaurant full of customers that my husband is on the phone asking why he was rude to his daughters while he is still yelling at my daughters that he wasn't rude to them. Very unprofessional and we will not be returning. We spoke very highly of Jay until this happened and instead of apologizing for being rude he escalated the incident further. I rarely get on Yelp but hopefully Jay will realize that he really was hurtful and hateful in his tone to my daughters and maybe it will prevent someone else from experiencing what my daughter went through.

I have been ordering food from this restaurant for years and never had a disappointing meal. I usually order chow main, kong pao chicken, pot stickers, vegetables deluxe, Mongolian beef, salt and pepper prawns and they are always delicious. I order the food and pick it up myself..the owner has opinions about politics and life and he talks to the costumer...so what? He is a human being. Does anyone at McDonald's actually talks to the costumer?

Each place has a tough patch. And things happen that can change how a place operates and how the food changes. When this place first opened the food was amazing, they had some rough times between and now I can say that they have found what made them delicious to begin with and the service was excellent ! Thank you !

First time here, ordered house chow mein, good flavor, good service, reasonably priced. Good value. Will be back to try other items.
