Probably the best Mediterranean food in Fremont -- and the ambience is not that of a take-out, but actually nice. They even have outdoor seating. Falafel, in particular, is crispy, flavorful and tasty. Lamb shawarma worked pretty well with their hummus - so we will be coming back, for sure.
Update: still as great as before!
And, and the desserts are EPIC - Knafeh is magical. And so is Torteet, my new favorite

1 rating for half burnt, half uncooked breads by a rude person on the counter who doesn't feel something wrong with it and is not ready to apologize. I had to come back from my home to get the replacement for burnt bread as it was not in edible conditions. When I told the person that you should take care of it while packing stuff for take out order and he was like no,we don't check and started arguing and telling me that don't tell me what I should do. Frustrated & rude person.

The kunafeh was absolutely delicious, perfectly sweet and rich. The gyro was also flavorful and well seasoned

The workers here are so nice & attentive. The food is amazing and very flavorful, I highly recommend the lamb kabob so delicious, I will 100% be coming back here ❤️🤗
We have been ordering from Falafel etc for many years now. The quality of the falafel is amongst the best in the area.
One of the things they do, is make the falafels fresh when you order. That makes a big difference in the taste.
The hummus and other vegetarian dishes are quite good too. Would highly recommend their knaffee and baklava too!

Really authentic falafel and kebab place with excellent hummus and baba ganoush. It is obvious that everything is made from scratch (except the pita but that is still the best pita I have been able to find in the Bay Area ). Highly recommended for repeat visits.
