Ultimately, the vibes were amazing. I love the way that everything looked as far as the aesthetics went. They have a band pretty frequently. The customer service was fantastic, but I do have to keep it real. The food was not it. The food was just pretty basic overall.

We always have a great time at Fredericos'. Rico is such a bright light and a great cook. I love the bruschetta, crab cakes, lemon chicken, beef Wellington, stuffed salmon, cioppino, and all of their desserts. The atmosphere is European slow food, so you get to really enjoy your time there.

This is the best Italian food in Bay Area. This small family owned restaurant can give you the taste of Italy in Fremont . The food was extremely fresh and quality ingredients. It’s like a Michelin star quality food.

This was our first visit, and we came to celebrate my dad's birthday with my parents. We had a great thyme! Rico was awesome, he handled everything himself and was incredibly friendly. The place is cozy and my parents thought the bathrooms had a great sound system. We'll definitely be back for another birthday celebration

Overall, we love Fredricos and have been here a couple of times. This one time we visited on New Years Eve and they had a 5-course meal.

- We had a reservation at 8, and we were there at 8.03, still our table was not ready. We waited for 15 mins at the bar without any courtesy of asking for drinks.

- Given that my wife is a vegetarian, we wanted to make sure that they have a vegetarian menu or provide customized replacements. The server mentioned that yes, you can have a customized selection, and so we decided to have dinner. 1st course was salad, so no complaints. For the 2nd course, before we can ask for customized selection, we were given a preselected item, which the server did not even mention about. Instead, we asked for a Gnocchi (for veg replacement) and regular 2nd course for me. However, the server just got a shared gnocchi for both of us, which was very small in quantity. It was not even the usual gnocchi they have. After that, the server mentioned that we can't do any customized selection, so basically, we paid $75 for nothing.

- I had ordered a wine glass on the side, which i did not receive throughout our 1.5 hrs dinner.

This was the most horrible experience we had ever, especially for the money we were paying.

Local folk singers, intimate but festive and lively, polenta and meatballs hit the spot!

Such an AMAZING restaurant. A place where you have a good time inside and outside. The host is quite a character but really attentive. The food is spectacular. Today I ate a Pork with Apples and the taste brought back many memories. I really recommend it. It is not just Italian food, which I find interesting. In addition, it is a place full of works of art made by themselves and it is not overwhelming and you never get tired of seeing it. DO NOT HESITATE TO GO!

We had Fredericos cater a large gathering for us (around 150 people) and they went above and beyond. Rico came with two attendants, who even helped us set-up tables and chairs in our venue! We ordered a variety of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, desserts and drinks. Everyone loved the food, especially the mini cannolis and tiramisu pots, and Rico and his attendants made sure the food was always replenished and used dinnerware taken away. Having Fredericos cater our event made it so much easier for us to focus on our guests. Food was superb, lots of drink options were served and friendly attendants. Highly recommended.

This is small venue but excellent atmosphere and service . There is musical entertainment on several nights a week
