Ordered a make my own sandwich, asked them to grill the sandwich with cheese; they skimped out on sauce and gave me a cold slice of cheese in lukewarm bread.

Great subs. A bit on the pricey side but the quality makes up for that.

Got the New York Pastrami sandwhich! It was delicious! It is really good when you get it and the sandwhich and bread is nice and warm! Get the largest size for best value and share it with someone haha!

We went here on a weekend and liked the food. The Garlic bread is especially simple superb! We couldn’t stop eating this one.The sandwiches are good too. We had the King Hawaiian pork sub, meatball sub, Italian sub, a loaded potato soup and Ofcourse the Gatlic bread. All were good. A few more bread options would’ve been good though.

The tuna sandwich is something else. Initially I sliced just a quarter but ended up eating half of the sandwich! The tuna is yummy, generous portion too. The sliced pickle that came with it was crunchy. So good!

Came here for a birthday sub through their rewards system which gave out a free sub with any purchase. It was a great first experience!Having heard of this place but never setting foot in one, the full on fire house/truck/fighter scene was astonishing! There was also a book upfront highlighting the lore and history (get this, it was founded by a community of firefighters!). You'll also be able to learn about the other locations where a Firehouse Sub has been established and the year it started.Ordering the food was a little overwhelming at first due to the many options but once settled, the sandwiches were made to order. We ordered hot subs (I got the pastrami) and they were delicious! It's not huge and it's a bit pricey but they're very flavorful.Parking was easy as it's located in a big lot. There are EV stations should you need a charge.Overall, it's a decent sandwich shop and with the rewards program, it's not bad if it's close enough to frequent. There are definitely better options further away but for the novelty, it's worth at least a visit.

Very nice sub place to go to! The atmosphere of this place feels like a break room for firefighters. The staff are polite, nice, hardworking, and welcoming.I like how the subs come in 3 different sizes: small, medium, and large. I also like how the menu displays the calories of the foods for me to keep track of my caloric intakes.I got the Firehouse Hero sandwich, and can basically taste all types of flavors. Since I got the small size, it's very nice that they put the sub inside a small container.I'll be back to try other subs!

The subs here are amazing!!! I personally love the prime rib steak but I don't think it's listed on the menu! I would highly recommend it if you're a big meat lover. I have yet to try their tuna sandwich as I've heard such amazing reviews about it but I just keep on coming back to the beef sandwiches LOLThis place doessss get pretty busy since it's located at Automall but it's worth the wait. The customer service is also really great here. All employees are super nice. Would love to try their entire menu!
