Really disappointed, we drove almost 50 miles from Modesto to mountain house. We reached at 12:30pm and got two beef Tika kabab. on the way back home we noticed they didn’t put bread even though we spent almost $60 but they did this carelessness. If their kabaob doesn’t come with bread they should tell their customers

I used to come here every weekend. Until recently. I live down the street and ordered for pick up. When I arrived the man told me I had already picked it up. After a couple minutes of him talking in a different language to some other man, the restaurant then told me the order “never appeared in their system”. I knew something was not right. They told me I was wrong and they made me feel humiliated.
After 15-20minutes of complaining the incorrect driver returned the food. My order was mistakenly given to another person. Yet, the restaurant told me the order “never appeared in their system,” which was not true since the bag had MY NAME ON IT.
The restaurant made a mistake and instead of taking accountability they “deleted” the order. I don’t respect dishonesty. Please do better.

This place is extremely disappointing, especially considering the high prices. The quality is far below acceptable, and the service is unprofessional and careless. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The food was honestly nauseating — nothing tasted fresh, and the flavors were completely off. The meat tasted processed, low-grade, and not like real or freshly prepared food at all. On top of that, the overall presentation and cleanliness made the experience even worse. For the price they charge, you expect real quality, proper service, and fresh ingredients. Instead, everything felt cheap, outdated, and poorly handled. I will definitely not be returning, and I hope others avoid wasting their money here.

Worst experience at Fremont Kebob. Rude behavior by the cashier/owner. Unprofessional way of managing orders. Missing orders. They are charging 15% gratuity tax even for 2 people whereas it’s clearly mentioned in their menu that gratuity tax is applicable for 6 or more. Apart from taxes and tip, gratuity tax is collected. I don’t even want to give 0.5 rating for any service. Definitely will avoid going to Fremont Kebob.

I went today with my kids just the three of us and was surprised to see a gratuity added to our bill even before taxes. When I politely asked about it, the man at the desk was extremely rude and dismissive. It honestly ruined what used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I’ve been coming here for a long time, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be back. It’s really disappointing to see how the attitude and service have gone downhill.

One of my worst experience. Staff is very rude. Make sure to check bill details before leaving the place. They charged me extra 15% ( gratuity) on total amount, excluding taxes. When asked about it the man at the counter was very rude and said it’s charge when you are a group of 6 or more. Though we were 4.
Food belongs to trash, worst Kabili palwi, you will get served in paper plates and plastic spoons, expensive, hot inside restaurants as AC not working…
