The Service was good, but yes as other reviews do mention, they're slow. However, we weren't in a rush or anything. I'd take slow and nice costumer service over rude and fast paced anyways. The environment was nice, it's super cute inside. I think the menu is pretty overwhelming, they have a lot of different options but I went with their chicken wrap and it wasn't great.. it was supposed to come with bacon and avocado, but only came with the salad mix and a few pieces of chicken, which was pretty disappointing. The fries were very salty as well. I ordered a vanilla iced cold brew but it tasted like no coffee was even added, basically vanilla milk/creamer taste. Would always drive pass black bear diner so finally wanted to give them a try, but unfortunately I wouldn't come again.

Came here for breakfast when we didn't feel like cooking. Portions here are huge and food is good as well. We ordered: The Bigfoot (chicken fried steak) with hashbrowns and biscuit. I thought it would just be one biscuit but it was two huge biscuits. Side of grits. NEW breakfast club sandwich. Very flavorful. And a sweet cream waffle to share. I like the sweet cream pancake better. We did order the gravy on the side for the chicken fried steak and when the server came around the check on us she noticed it was on top and she was very apologetic. The entree wasn't drenched and covered in gravy so it ended up being okay. We did notice a sign that said "OPEN 24 hours" not sure if this is new but good to know for any late night meals

Our experience was good. The food was great, the server was friendly and the atmosphere was great until it got busy. Himberto was our server, actually the only server at the restaurant tonight. He had upset door dashers waiting for their food and customers waiting for their food because there was an issue in the kitchen...but he held it together and did his absolute best to tend to everyone. My family and I just got off work and wanted to get a bite, but we were patient and told him to take his time when it came to us and that we were in no rush. He was very polite and was apologetic. But we understood. Humberto did an amazing job and I hope who ever reads this acknowledges him. Pls let him know that we will be back and we will be requesting him.

Food so cold and salty. I tried to talk with the manager but we never saw her. Please do not spend your money in this food that taste horrible. I came her with my family a couple of months ago and it was different service and food was great but now I don’t know what it’s happening. ?

I love how cool the inside of it looked the cake was good I got the pancakes and boy they were good but I got a tummy hurt 3 pieces of gum was under the table who cleans service was good but the person said 10-15 minutes for wait but it was 15-30 almost left I love the ambiance they add black bear photos and wooden stuff reminds me of a cabin loved it the thing that makes it a 4 star gum WAs UnDeR ThE TaBlE GoT On ME
