I got one medium cup with the Spumoni and Creme brulee flavors. Did not like it too much. They have a policy of "No Samples" so I was stuck with 2 flavors I did not enjoy.Good news is that it isn't too sweet, which I liked. Great for people watching that sugar Intake. Would not recommend Creme brulee or Spumoni

Great little gelato shop. Lots of interesting flavors @, and great customer service. They even stayed open a few minutes late so that I did not have to explain to 3 disappointed children that they would not get to go to the trampoline park or get ice cream (gelato). I got a very caramel flavor and it satisfied my itch.

The pistachio flavor is the best! The lady in front is very sweet and kind too. My favorite gelato store!

Gelato Classico Italian Ice Cream has been here literally for decades. The shop's aged elegance shows, a snapshot of a bygone era. A single Latina manager scoops the era of Italian treat: Italian soda, shakes, ice cream cones, frappes, mangonadas, et al. Licks: pistachio & tiramisu, 2 scoops in cup (6.25) -lst was recommended, 2d my choice of italian desserts. -dense, packed full of nutty flavors, delicate tiramisu textures. Small spoon helps to savor all flavors slowly. -minimal sugar prescence. -other flavors had either bold lychee taste at finish or faint tease of hazelnut... *too busy talking, didn't take pictures inside-no seats. Outside just a few benches **definitely returning to try some specialty treats 24 flavors gelato presently with more to come.

Tasty but pricey. They are smaller scoops as well. There are a lot of flavor options but it's pretty expensive for what you get.

Loved this place since my first visit when I was about 12 years old. The flavors remain the same, deliciously rich yet simple. Customer service is pleasant as well. Dark chocolate hazelnut and caffe mocha are my all time favorites. Regular ice cream doesn't even compare anymore once you've had their gelatos.

This is the best ice cream in the East Bay, period. All the ice cream shops that have been springing up in the area don't even come close. Gelato Classico meets, or exceeds, the gelato you get in Italy. These other jokers have your typical sugar laden flavors with way to much air and other additives in their ice creams. The only other ice cream that is equally as good, with slightly less air, is Fiorello's Artisan Gelato out of San Rafael. That stuff is amazing too!

Used to be my favorite but they don't allow samples anymore which is a bummer. I hope it's only temporary because I don't want to pay for ice cream and then not like the flavor.

I’ve been living in Fremont and never knew that there is a gelato place here. It’s a very rainy day today and probably no one comes by there because of it I think, but I decided to come here to try gelato. Not really going to be bothered by the design of this place since most ice cream shops are like that, however, the taste of the gelato matters.I really love the selections of gelatos and how they’re displayed. It reminds me of going to Vegas and seeing gelatos being displayed in a way that they take up like 150% of the containers. I want to get Tiramisu since it’s my favorite dessert. It tastes really good and got a small size since I just ate at a restaurant.I am hoping that there are more gelato areas around the Fremont area and would to come back here again to try other flavors!

This was a random stop for me and my boyfriend after a good meal at Tao Fresh. We were looking for a dessert spot, and since it was raining that day for whatever reason, we were craving for some ice cream. I searched Yelp to see what I could find, and Gelato Classico Italian Ice Cream came up in my search. When we got there, there was an ample amount of parking available outside. I have honestly never been in this part of Fremont, at least not in this shopping center. The ice cream parlor did not appear to be much from the outside, and if I am being totally honest, even from the inside. Unfortunately, they do not allow dining inside, so you would have to buy your ice cream and pretty much take it with you. I didn't mind this as much, but I really wanted to sit down and have some cappuccino before having my ice cream. I wish they would re-open their indoor dining so you can enjoy your ice cream more and try other flavors if you still have room for it. They are semi-running like it is still covid, so just keep that in mind. They also do not allow samples, so that was a big bummer. When we entered the parlor, there was an ice cream bar with about maybe 10 flavors. I honestly thought this was the only ice cream they had because the main ice cream bar on the other side was completely empty. The lady who works there came back in the store and then told us she had just cleaned the other ice cream bar, that's why it was empty and that they have all the other flavors available. Anyway, I settled on a small cup, half salted caramel, half rocky road, and my boyfriend got a small (one scoop) birthday cake. I honestly thought their one-scoop small cup was going to be small, but I was so wrong. I'm glad I only ordered the small cup because she stuffed that cup, and there was no space for more ice cream. It was so filling and definitely enough for one person. I honestly enjoyed all the flavors we got. I really loved the salted caramel out of all 3. I will definitely return to try out other flavors. I do hope they change their restaurant back to dine-in as well. Again, I don't know if it's because they are short-staffed, but walking into a restaurant with a stack of chairs and tables honestly wasn't the most appealing to see, especially for an ice cream parlor where you would actually want to sit down and enjoy a nice cup of drink. The lady was very nice, and customer service was very good.

Yummy ice cream. The dark chocolate flavor was really good. They don't offer sampling. Can't speak for other flavors. Tried a few but I didn't like them for my taste buds

Got peppermint bark and crème brûlée flavors, and it was delicious. Great service, too.

My favorite gelato place. This place has been here for as long as a can remember and it is my go too! The workers are so sweet and even remember the regulars. I usually get the s'mores ice cream. There is nothing like it! They have sooo many flavors. Sometimes they do let you try new flavors but it has been limited since COVID
