We are really old customers of go Chazz, but today the service was really bad and with that they brought our order wrong when they do brought the right order but the quantity was really less than before. The receptionist was having trouble understanding English. They also brought the food like 1 hour later.

Absolutely loved this place! The moment you walk in, you can feel the warm and lively vibe. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. I’m a big fan of chaat, and this spot did not disappoint! Tried the King Kachori, and wow — it totally lived up to its name! Crispy, flavorful, and bursting with all the right spices. The service was quick and attentive, and every bite felt like a little trip to India. Can’t wait to come back and try more items from their menu!

Stale previous day Chutney in the bhel puri. When I asked for a refund, he says it is not in his power. I asked for call back from manager, they never called back. In essence, zero value for customer

we had very bad experience of both quality and staff behavior.
we have to go to this place because mylapore express was busy.
we ordered food and immediately realized we didn't need some extra rotis, he bluntly rejected to cancel or change order.
the quality of food is bad , especially the dum biryani is just a pulav that too not tasty. bringing barta is worst.
they don't care about customers, they are lucky because the customers of mylapore who couldn't wait are coming to them.

Most of all, the people are very kind. I dropped my keys behind the ice cream machine by mistake. The whole team rushed and got it out for me. They even refused to take our token of thanks and said we treat our customers like family. We were so touched and will always be our go-to place henceforth

The best dosa and sambar I have ever tasted in the US came from here. I loved their sambar so much I asked for extra to go and eat with rice at home. Absolutely phenomenal! I also ordered palak paneer which was fine, but they shine so bright in South Indian food.

This is not Vegatable Dum Biryani. It looks like Veg Pulao. The rice was smelling unpleasant and there are hardly any vegetables. It is plain rice with may be 4-5 pieces of carrots and potatoes with zero taste. Total waste of my money 15$ . My dinner is ruined . Not recommended . If you don’t know how to cook such dishes, place remove them from menu . Very disappointing

Great spot for Indian food with a wide variety of both north and south Indian dishes. This is probably the only place I've ever been to outside of India that serves veg Manchurian the same way you'd find it in India. Staff are friendly, though service can be a bit slow even if there aren't any customers inside. Overall, its definitely worth checking out.
