I ordered three tea online and when I went there to pick up, the girl with green hair told me there were not enough materials so could only make two. But she told me she would make the refund tomorrow when get the permission from manager. A week later I still didn’t receive the refund. Tried to call the store but nobody answered. Left comments on official website but no response. Awful user experience.?

I came in today and ordered a Matcha smoothie. The Matcha smoothie was too sweet when I requested for no sugar and it tasted overly milky with not enough green tea or ice to make it a "smoothie." The second drink I ordered was an Oolong milk tea. I saw the girl had the tea pre-made and just poured it from a jug, instead of making it fresh like other boba shops. I didn't want to be rude and make any comments to her face, but this will be the first and last time that I will be coming to this Fremont location. The Milpitas location is much better and worth the extra drive.

One of my favorite chain boba shops. The staff at this location are very swift; they start to make drinks as the customer is paying, leading to very short wait time. The flavor of my tea is always good. The location is easy to find and access. I recommend this shop over the other two boba shops in this plaza.

There are too many boba places in Fremont and we couldn't make up our mind on which to try, so my boyfriend suggested the Gong Cha which he's been to several times before. Unfortunately, the person right before us ordered around 30 drinks so we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for ours. The staff was nice enough to recognize how long we waited though and gave us a free drink voucher for our next visit. I think because they had to fulfill the large order right before ours, some of our drinks sat out longer than others and diluted as the ice melted. After coming here again several times, the boba is generally QQ, but they do have the tendency to clump together and create a giant boba mass that looks scary and is hard to drink haha. Overall, the drinks generally have a solid tea flavor with good boba texture.

It was cute. Service was ok. The place was small so it got hot really easily. The bubble was good, though, I've had better, but I've also had worse too.
Overall great experience. I went here with my sister about a week ago with my sister and it was my first time getting Boba. The red haired fella behind the counter was very hospitable and kind to me and my sister. He recommended me to get the Strawberry milk tea and he personally made it for me and turned out amazing. It was so amazing in fact that it prompted me to make a yelp account to display my gratitude. 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know.

This is the most dis-organized milk tea drinks store I have ever seen. Waiting time is at least 30 minutes. Drink is so so. Inside the shop is super crowded. They have a very good location, but they have no team work at all. It's really suck experience to come to this store. It's not worthy to waste money here. They are the worst in the universe.

Came to get boba after a long day of studying ordered the passion fruit tea and milk tea. The texture of the boba and lychee jelly was 10/10, with the right amount of sweetness. The cashier was so nice and helpful because I was very indecisive on what drinks to order. Also drinks were made in minutes! Very nice. Also the interior was nice and clean. Definitely will come back in the future.

The boba tea here is inconsistent. Sometimes the tea tastes quite old. Sometimes it's good and fresh. For the price (with free size upgrade with Yelp check in), it's not terrible, it's fine. But there are plenty of better boba places in the Bay Area. Customer service here is just strange. The young employees here are uninterested in providing "customer service" and more interested in socializing amongst themselves. Must be due to EXTREMELY poor management and training. Having these people represent your business basically advertises to your customers that you don't value their business.
