GumaGumalu Indian Restaurant & Bar

Have catered food from this restaurant for multiple company events (over300 people) and they never disappoint. Recently catered India Chinese food for Lunar New Year celebration and the food was awesome. Many coworkers praised the taste of Gobi Manchurian, Vegetarian Fried rice and Hakka noodles.

This restaurant’s price is very nominal and no other restaurant was able to even come close to their pricing (forget about matching). We never ran out of food in any of the events. In fact, there’s more food left over which people take it to-go.

Finally had authentic Indian food . Heathy ragi sankati and chicken starters. Snacks were next level and pickles were good. This restaurant has become a weekend destination for many ! Reasonable prices . Worth driving 25 miles to have food here !

Watched T20 World Cup finals today at this restaurant. They were very gracious to host this for us. The atmosphere was lively, watching the game on big screen TV. There were 100+ people. They handled the crowd very well. Their morning buffet was excellent, very tasty with so many items. They also had hot coffee and tea.

Highly recommend GumaGumalu restaurant for their authentic Indian flavours.

Just had breakfast buffet and we missed many items like Mysore bonda and idli. The masala inside dosa is having a bad smell and they gave poori’s which they are calling as poori’s but they are actually the Costco tortillas which are kept in oil and making people believe that they are poori’s.

We were people of 3 and dined in for a Sunday lunch buffet. The food was really great, one of the best buffet I had in Bay area. We were all vegetarians and my friends loved the food. Nice variety and fresh food.

Don’t usually write reviews but my experience was very bad. The biryani was pathetic - fried chicken (rock hard) with rice. Chicken gravy was also averaged- if you having long day and looking for good meal, this is not the place to go to. I hope they look into this and improve the consistency of food
