Haidilao Hot Pot Fremont City

This was good! We were out looking for a place to eat dinner and saw ‘hot pot’ and stopped in. We were seated in the enclosed patio. You order off a device specific to your table then a robot brings the food out. Salad bar is extra $. Staff was helpful and efficient. It’s just kinda pricey. $150 for 2 people . It was good, just not a regular spot for dinner with the prices.

we've been 3 times in the past few months and every time was great. we went the day after my wife's birthday, the same day our pet passed, and the staff made it a very special experience and distraction from our loss. absolutely recommend 110%. great food, great people, great experience overall.

My go to place for hotpot! Food is always good, fresh and the service is also on top of everything. Highly recommended for people who love hotpot, no matter spicy and not spicy

This is my go to place for a fily dinner with kids. They have excellent service and kid friendly. The apertizer and dessert is always free. The food quality is exceptional.

Not sure why so many people said the service is good. We have a baby, when first welcomed by the receptionist, he kept complaining we reserved for 2 person while the baby should have included in the reservation . When choosing a seat, the receptionist kept saying “if we have the high chair, the machine might accidentally hit it.” and took the stroller away while we were not yet settled. Service is not impressive while having meal. In all, it is way overpriced with such service.
