Was in the area doing an errand and hadn’t had breakfast despite it almost being midday. Opted for this place rather than one of my husband’s preferred big chain coffee shops and although we ended up not getting a drink, I’m really glad we came. The Biskit Wisk It was absolutely delicious and the perfect portion for me in one sitting. I also appreciate that the patio area can be used as an entrance from the parking lot in the back, but heads up that the parking lot can get chaotic on a farmer’s market day.

Nice coffee shop around the corner. The food is good and good coffee.
Sandwiches are good.
I tried the South Indian filter coffee - thought it wasn’t exactly like that it was pretty decent. The other coffees are good.
Lovely place with friendly staff.

Nice cafe and bar. But the main reason we went there was for the food. Tacos and quesadilla specifically with coffee.
Situated in the corner of the street at Fremont Blvd, Union Street and Washington, the older part of town, IMO it has a good vibe of a cute internet cafe. Good place to sit and chat and even work remotely. I recommend this place. Oh yes, the chai tea latte goes well with the quesadilla. Yummy.

Great for coffee, pastries and sandwiches
They could give a little love to the outdoor area which is great, it was a little dirty, dusty…

Hops and Beans Cafe is an absolute gem! I stopped in and tried the Rose Cardamom Latte, and it was seriously so good—delicious, perfectly spiced, and wonderfully huge. It was easily one of the best specialty lattes I've ever had.
I also ordered the Tuna Sandwich, which was absolutely delicious and more than enough to be a complete, filling meal. It was definitely worth the price for the quality and portion size.
Beyond the food and drink, the atmosphere here is incredibly welcoming. It's super quiet and clean, with a lovely vibe that's both modern and cute/quaint. It's the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. Highly, highly recommend!

Great quaint spot, to grab a quick bite to eat and enjoy a drink. Place was not crowded on a weekend Saturday at 9:45AM and the device was quick. The food tasted great and made fresh.

I have been coming here for years because the coffee is the best in Fremont. However, they cannot handle the Sunday morning crowd. It's not worth coming after 10 am Sundays. I just waited in line for 20+ minutes, then the person taking orders left with no one stepping in take continue taking orders with a line out the door.

Been coming here for years. Food and drinks are great. Specialty coffee drinks and their seasonal ones are well made and fun. Plenty of seating. Late-hipster meets art deco charm. I believe this place use to be a bank.
I usually get the Black Forest mocha which is basically mocha with raspberry.
Safe space for BIPOC and LGBTQ, which needs to be called out.
Corner shop with plenty of sunlight on one side with dark and cozy in the other.

I feel like this is one of the those cafés that we have all seen in fremont but never tried. We probably all of us have driven past it.
We finally gave it a try. And I can tell you it is one of those gems that I should have tried a long time ago.
Their coffee is amazing, tried their seasonal coffee , you can actually taste the ingredients that they say are in it. It is not blistering hot, it is hot but please hit that you won’t burn yourself with it.
Flavourful. Crepe’s and sandwich was amazing. They are just around the Fremont Sunday farmers market, always a good area to drop by after or before the shopping at farmers market.
Nice clean area. You sit next to window and you will never be bored here.
