I don't know why this place got such a high score. 5 of us were going to another near-by restaurant but that place was full so we came here. I gave the food an one star because I didn't like any of it. I will never return to this place again.

I ordered a few classical items, as expected, every item was fantastic! My family is a mixed family. I was born and raised in China and my husband is a Caucasian. We all love all the foods, including but not limited to: ShengJian, Eggroll, Diced Beancurd with Malan, etc.
The new Signature Crab Roe Mixed Noodles are out of this world! The noodles are made with real spinach juice, and the crab roe are truly extracted from crabs! The flavor makes your mouth water hours after you finish eating.

I strongly recommend this restaurant, along with its sister restaurant in Westfield Vally Fair mall, to anyone who likes Shanghainese food!

The fried dumplings are so delicious that they make you faint. The scallion oil noodles are really average.

We used to love here. Recently, drove a long way here. They closed at 9pm, we arrived at 8:15p and they refused to serve us. The staff told us that he was too busy so he closed early with an ignorant attitude. Also no apology for closing early

This place used to be good and we haven’t gone for yrs but we went for lunch at 2 the other day and was immediately told with annoyance that they are closing and hurry up to order. When we ordered they looked so annoyed and took our order without a thank you. When food came they tossed us the bill and told us to pay right away please they are closing. Literally made us feel bad for visiting, like they much rather not have our business since their own lunch time is 2:30, how dare we think about stepping in at 2… we felt pressured to eat quickly and leave. There was a lot of msg in the food and we felt thirsty… and the worst part is definitely the service. The workers there genuinely looked so unhappy to be working there. Never coming again.

The waiters are terrible, they yell at customers, very rude. And the atmosphere is bad. We will not go back anymore!

Soup is too salty. Pan fried buns and dumplings are not crispy. Shanghai veggie rice is way too oily (oil is running at the bottom of the plate). Only good thing is the food came out fast.
Service is the worst. From the time you walk in the restaurant, you got ignored. Server acknowledged your request and never come back. Didn't clear out empty plates even table is running out of room....

I was blown away by the food and service. The pork and crab dumplings are absolutely incredible — so flavorful, with the balance of textures. You can really taste the authenticity in every bites. the staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for delicious, authentic Chinese food, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Dinning here today. I highly recommend the new vegetable soup dumplings. The dumpling wrappers are made with vegetable juice, and the filling consists of bok choy and wood ear mushrooms. They’re delightfully crisp, refreshing, and very juicy. The pork soup dumplings were also great—the wrappers were thin, the broth plentiful, and the filling was flavorful.

I also tried spicy soup dumplings for the first time. They weren’t too spicy and reminded me of the broth from spicy minced pork noodles. Speaking of which, the spicy minced pork noodles were excellent—the noodles were served in a light, mildly spicy broth, and the pork was deliciously fragrant.

A friend ordered crab noodles, which came with a generous layer of crab roe covering the noodles. I had a bite, and it was incredibly rich and savory!
