The waiters here are wicked! At first, there was no price on the instant noodle cabinet, and I was charged 20 yuan for a bowl of instant noodles! (Then let people pick up the hot water by themselves) After that, I went to see the 10 yuan posted on the cabinet! It's fine if there is no service, and you are cheating money... Really greedy people...

Yesterday I went with a few friends and found that the decoration and equipment have been improved, and the service was super friendly. Keep it up and you will introduce more friends!

Lots of KTV places went out of business during COVID. Really glad Encore made it. Got a medium private room and sang my heart out for 2+hrs till midnight. Loved it. They have proper song system connected to the legitimate music videos with a very large selection. Feels like being in Asia. Felt good going out to support local small business.

Worst place ever. I called ahead of time to check on the price, I check on the Pure karaoke and they are $39 per hour. And then I caught ichi box and they say it’s $40 an hour. Ichibox is much closer so I think one dollar is fine even though I have 20% of pure karaoke (I didn’t count that). A group of five arrived, and then they told me they charge at 18% service fee and then there is tax. If that is situation, they should let us know while I was making a phone call, not when we are here. Will never ever come back. Nobody take the accountability

$588 for a room + cleaning fee? Ridiculous! Person up front was on his phone and acted like he didnt even care to fill rooms or not. Would not recommend as there are other karaoke venues around the area for way more reasonable prices..
