Love this place! French fries were good. Burgers were delicious. Strawberry and chocolate milkshakes were tasty. Service was good and fast. Semi clean tables. It gets crowded but there's outdoor seating.

Lowering my rating because they stopped giving out boxes. The protein-style burgers soak through the bag. This is the second time we got them home and they fell right out of they bottom of the bag onto the floor. Will increase my rating to 5 stars of you de facto only give boxes for protein-style burgers. These cannot go in a bag.

When pulling up to the cashier yesterday Monday at around 12AM, the rude cashier named "Caleb" asked me an unclear and incoherent question to verify my order. I asked if Caleb could repeat my order and did so passive aggressively as I noticed his body language and demeanor, although I just wanted to make sure I had the correct items. Caleb then shoved my credit card into my hand after payment went through.
I ordered the items to eat in the car. I saw through my rear view mirrors that he gave the car behind me a food mat and realized he most likely gave me one deliberately. Caleb should show some respect to customers and get a clue about customer service.

Not worth the hype or wait lol. I moved from Florida excited to try the famous in n out burger but it wasn't as good as it's been mentioned to be. Lacked flavor and seasoning. Fries were soggy.

Being a veggie lover we loved it. It’s so good and specially in this price. Good ambience to sit inside and enjoy the delicious burger.
Fries were little Saggy and we like the crispy ones.
I would honestly recommend to have veggie patties (can be made from Potato, Gourd, Soy etc) to double or triple down the sales.
Vegetarian options: Not much. They offer removing the patty from cheeseburger or cheeseburger without meat. It’s okay but as suggested above it will be amazing to offer veggie patty (they are so delicious). Given there are so many vegetarians in bayarea, it can boom the sale.
