Always under staffed why can’t you have more staff ?

The music is incredibly loud ill start there. The people making the drinks look very unprofessional and yes its a boba place but their hair is all over the place and they lack cleanliness.

This place is my favorite but plleassseeee, my goodness PLEASE remember that some drinks come with boba. I’ve had to get a DoorDash refund at least 7 times now.

The service here is slow. The drinks take a while to get ready, and if you order snacks be prepared to wait at least 30 mins for the order regardless of how busy it is inside. The quality is decent but the wait time for the order ruins the experience. I do come back for the popcorn chicken and the egg tofu but I'm always disappointed with the wait time. Maybe it's better to order ahead of time, not sure but make sure you're not in any rush of you're ordering from here.

This place is a mess. I ordered Popcorn chicken and my order was given to someone else while I was waiting for my order. They don't have a proper notification protocol and so your order could be taken by someone else. They remade my order quickly to make up for their mistake but the quality was very very bad.

Great and easy to park at location. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They use automated kiosks to make the purchasing process more efficient.
Plenty of seating although mornings on Saturday when I typically go at opening time the place is never full. Order delivery is a bit slow even if I am the second to order, so do not expect to get in and out too expediently!
When we did order food it was good but not exceptional.

Quick and refreshing
As I sit here waiting for my order, they are playing the explicit version of Best I Ever Had by Drake.
Definitely not appropriate for kids.

Well, I have a problem with the ordering kiosk here at this place. People looked up at the menu posted and still looks thru the ordering screen like they’re baffled and confused.
The WORST part is about the tipping section at the end of the ordering process. They based the tips on the net price of your order, which means I’m tipping on top of the TAXED amount!
Here’s the funny part: the employees there says they don’t get any gratuities generated from the kiosks, and I don’t understand why would you tip another 1.13 for a drink that’s already 7 bucks???
DISHONEST PRACTICE, so the Owner should have a “skip” button attached to the tip section so we can avoid any unpleasantries and proceed with the orders more quickly.

My drink order got lost somewhere and I waited an extra 30 minutes until I asked the eta on it and then by the time I got it I already missed 1/4 of the movie I was going to go to after I had already gone there early to make time to get tea. But there were a lot of people which ok I will give some leniency but the drink I got had MUSHY at least DAY OLD clumpy sago 😭😭

Me choosing ice or sweetness level is pointless, the staff do not adjust accordingly
Good drink options, including some not easily found at other boba places, like matcha pudding. Tabletops are a bit aged and dirty. Restroom is decent. They do have WiFi but not for customers. Overall average place, but the lack of WiFi is a big miss. I won’t be coming back.
They don’t offer WiFi password to customers. I asked the employee, one of them said he knows they have WiFi but he doesn’t know the password. I asked is there any other employees know password for the shop’s WiFi, he said he don’t think so without hesitation. If the shop doesn’t want to offer WiFi, why not say directly they don’t offer it rather than waste time to let customers to look for and ask for it, and to get a strange answer? This kind of service makes me feel uncomfortable.
